This hotel was unfortunately a disappointment. It is located in a very dull area. There are no restaurants nearby. The ones in the area are neither pleasant nor offer good food. One must travel all the way to Syracuse to eat, either by car or paying for a taxi, which is very expensive. It would cost 35 euros one way for the four of us, and the car ride takes about 12 minutes. Moreover, the hotel is very run down. The rooms are worn out and feel unclean. The first room we got was not properly cleaned and had mold in the shower and a hair in the bed. We switched to a cleaner room, but it still wasn't the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The hotel also does not have a restaurant, and breakfast consists of dry bread, cookies, fruit, and yogurt. Given that there are no nearby restaurants, it's odd that the hotel doesn't offer dinner or lunch. The pool area is okay. The pool is shallow but clean. Decent sun loungers, but no cushions. What is called a "kids' play area" is essentially just a small plastic house on a lawn, nothing more. The only positive is that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They tried their best, but the facilities and the area, unfortunately, do not meet the standard.

Very quiet hotel, amazing breakfast and swimming pool, as long as you have a car this place is perfect fo Syracuse and places nearby. Room upstairs had great air conditioning and was very clean. Grocery store is a short drive from the hotel. Very good gelateria and pastries just before you get to the grocery store. Close by an archaelogical site

Comfortable big room and bathroom with great balcony. Clean and finally a hotel with a good bed. Big swimming pool, parking facilities good, breakfast reasonable. Staff very friendly. Only one disappointment that there was no facility to have something to eat in the evening. The hotel is next to a main road and there are no restaurants in the direct environment.

Excellent hotel near Syracuse. The cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the staff were good. I recommend this hotel especially because it has its own free parking. The property has an outdoor swimming pool but given the unfavorable weather conditions we did not use it.

The pluses: - Friendliness at the reception: good advice...and a smile (the hostess is very nice) - fairly large room - swimming pool - large parking minuses: - location: outside the city; need for a car - no restaurant but the daffné restaurant located 3 minutes by car recommended by the hotel (very good and not too expensive; large parking lot) - breakfast could be more complete

With our family we stayed twice in this hotel with a family atmosphere, kind and friendly staff. We stayed the first time on the first floor and the second on the ground floor, from which we had direct access through the garden to the swimming pool. This very large and clean one. The room was very clean and large, with a nice 40" TV, as well as the comfortable bathroom with a very large shower. We will return as soon as possible.

Varied and abundant breakfast with a rich choice of savory, sweet and fruit (whole and fruit salad). Everything really good! Hotel located in a strategic position to visit the Syracuse area, between cities of art and beaches with fine sand and clear sea. Spacious and clean rooms as well as comfortable swimming pool, outdoor gym and small garden with children's games. Friendly and very kind staff.

New and well-kept structure, fantastic access to the pool from the room itself, wonderful pool, impeccable service, very kind and friendly staff. A corner of paradise to spend a weekend, we will definitely return

During a visit to Syracuse my partner and I chose this hotel not far from Ortigia and very convenient in location. New, well-kept and clean structure; Very spacious rooms, well furnished and very comfortable. Structure equipped with a large free outdoor parking and a beautiful swimming pool. We stayed very well! I would like to recommend this structure to those who want to visit Syracuse and Ortigia.

I stayed a couple of days in this hotel and I had a good time. The swimming pool is large and well maintained, surrounded by exercise equipment, games such as table football and ping pong, as well as sunbeds, umbrellas and showers. The rooms are spacious and bright, with air conditioning. The breakfast is good and buffet style: if I can afford it, I would increase the savory choice. It's a hotel just outside the city, so you need a car, but it has a huge outdoor car park, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a very good time

All in all the hotel is not bad. It's between a 3 star and a 4 star. There's a little something missing to truly consider it 4 stars. Outside the city of Syracuse about 3.5 km. The cleanliness is excellent, the staff very professional. Particular praise goes to Mr. Paolo in the breakfast sector, with his kindness made breakfast even sweeter (ah... breakfast to be enriched, too simple and obvious). I won't say anything about the swimming pool as we preferred excursions and beaches to the sea.

I stayed in this property with my family in August for 1 week and my conclusions are these.... all in all a good hotel (not 4 stars though) located in a strategic place to be able to visit nearby places and beaches.. .acceptable rooms especially those on the ground floor which have a small terrace with direct access to the swimming pool which is also very beautiful...what I really didn't like, in fact it isn't there at all, is the breakfast...Total disappointment..2 croissants and 4 biscuits... nothing salty... I don't know how a 4 star hotel can have such a breakfast...

The B&B has a well-kept and clean swimming pool which only opens at set times. Poor breakfast to be called a hotel. Lack of kitchen and therefore of being able to have lunch or dinner inside if not in your own room. Direct access to the swimming pool but due to a malfunction of the cooling system, small pools were created in front of the window which created the risk of slipping. The bathroom of the room was malfunctioning with rust in the shower and a non-working drain. We reported our complaints to the reception but due to the holiday period everything could have been resolved on the first working day which did not happen. 4 star disappointment

Beautiful structure. Isolated but strategic position due to its proximity to the magnificent Fontane Bianche beach. Large and comfortable rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have a small garden and direct access to the swimming pool and fitness area. Helpful staff. Disappointing breakfast.
