Überhitzte Zimmer und blöde Klimaanlage
Fürchterlich! Die Straße ist grauenhaft laut und der Balkon somit nicht nutzbar - offenes Fenster undenkbar. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht in Abwesenheit - nur wenn die Zimmerkarte eingesteckt ist. Man kommt am Abend in ein völlig überhitztes Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage bläst direkt auf das Bett und riecht unangenehm - Filterreinigung bietet sich an.
Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich und wird nur zwischen 8-9 angeboten. Die Handtücher riechen muffig. Die hohe Bewertung wundert uns sehr, was sicherlich am sehr netten Inhaber liegt…

Lovely place to stay
Loved the place and the location, it is centralized and walkable, we had our own car and did street parking for free and you can leave the car for days if you want, I thought it was going to be hard but finding a parking, but we managed to find more than a spot on side streets every one of our 4 nights . Place is immaculate and comfortable, breakfast could be better though, it is not much and no change everyday. The owner is a wonderful pleasant and helpful and thoughtful person and very accommodating. We would certainly go back to the same place if we were to go back to Seracisw..

Hébergement parfait pour visiter Syracuse.
Le logement a été entièrement refait, tout est très propre. Notre hôte était très accueillant et nous a fourni pleins d'informations sur la ville (visite, restaurants etc). Nous avons trouvé facilement une place dans la rue devant (payant).
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner donc pas d'avis dessus.

Sehr sauber aber durchgelegenes Bett
Zimmer sehr sauber aber unpersönlich.
Klassische Vermietung in einem Wohnhaus.
Preiswert eingerichtet was sich vor allem negativ beim Bett zeigt. Schon sehr durchgelegene Matratze.
