Lovely hotel and we stayed across the road at the apartments owned by the hotel. Whilst the hotel is a five star the apartments are three star which for Greece mean they are basic but clean. My only caution is in regard to the bathroom which is small, to get in the shower you have to climb in and out if the bath so with the limited space make sure the bath floor tiles are dry to prevent slipping. Breakfast was across at the hotel which was of good quality and self service but hot drinks were ordered and delivered by staff. You shared the pool area at the hotel with enough beds for everyone when we visited. Sissi itself was nice with plenty of restaurants and some good quality shops.

We visited this hotel for 2 weeks in September. Stand out features were the staff, the cleanliness and the food . The entire hotel was spotlessly clean from the rooms to communal areas and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We have stayed half board in many hotels in the Mediterranean and this hotel is by far the best for the evening meal. Everything was cooked fresh and there was soup, appetiser, salad and dessert every night with a main course choice of meat, fish or veggie. The simply cooked fresh fish was delicious and healthy.

The hotel is very nice as are all the staff but the food is awful. I think they consider it as “fine dining”, but it certainly is not. Their idea of fine dining is a big lump of meat in the middle of the plate with puréed carrots around it. Or a “lump” of fish with something else puréed on the plate. Terrible. The breakfast was grilled bacon type meat egg etc. if you don’t like that then you will struggle. The European breakfast was very sparse, two types of ham two cheese , very poor. We have mobility issues so we couldn’t get to go out much so could not get to go into the town to eat. I asked for real Greek food, like Musaka but never got any. A nice hotel spoiled by the food.

We had a lovely time! Very peaceful hotel, got an upgraded room, spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels, no fighting for sunbeds, no kids & just a short walk to restaurants & bars! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, get away from it all break! We were b&b as we do enjoy getting out & about exploring … breakfast was great & there is plenty of choice for lunch & dinner within a 5 - 10 minute stroll

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A lovely hotel run by lovely people. A smaller hotel where the staff know their guests. Buffet breakfast had plenty for us and our hungry 17 year old son. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is a short walk to everything in Sisi. There's a good range of excursions available and plenty car and quad bike hire options.

We needed a short break and was tempted by the reviews which suggested this was a comfortable and friendly hotel near a nice Greek village. We were not disappointed. We have stayed at lots of large 5 star hotels but what sets this hotel apart is the friendly vibe from both from the staff and everyone around the pool. In a hotel with only 30 rooms you will soon make friends at breakfast and around the pool. Lots of laughs and sharing of trips and experiences was great and just a warm and relaxing atmosphere. No rush for sun beds and rooms were well appointed (maybe apart from the hairdryer !). Sissi is a pretty little village with a few lovely tavernas and bars and a small port. From here you can buses into aghios Nicholas as well as other local areas. We had great fun at taverna Amelia and a lovely meal at taverna Anatolia with many returning a second time. We watched the sunset from coba bar and a lovely pit spot drinks at bars along the coast. Enjoy if you go

Arrived at the hotel late at night and was greeted by the most friendly receptionist since I have been travelling. Jan was a perfect host and gentleman. He checked us into the room and offered us a snack, cheeses, meats and bites, and a cold drink. Simply amazing. The room was as photographed, would have preferred a room upstairs, but can not fault that the room had a pool right outside the door. Which was amazing. The room had a partition, the bed area was separated from the sitting area, and it was clean, comfortable, and absolutely a dream. The bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was ample, had a jacuzzi, and very clean. Breakfast was fine, cannot fault it, but dinner could have had more variety, options were limited, but tasted nice. Could have had more Greek and seasonal food, but I am guessing we arrived at the tail end of the summer season, so cant fault that too much either. The staff are all exceptional, and really try hard to please. All staff look really happy to be there and to serve and help. The Club Sandwich is to die for... especially as we could not be bothered with the dinner on occasions. I would certainly recommend this place, especially for a couple. Hope you like cats, as they can come around while you are eating.
