I was told the check-in time would be 14:00 and it turned out to be 15:00, and the room was lacking tissues in the dispenser and was quite hot. But the location is stellar, so overall I really appreciated my stay.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable, and I will more than likely go back. However, after arriving at 1am due to a delayed flight we fell into a very comfortable bed only to be rudely woken at 5.30am by the sound of banging doors which shook the building. The doors continued to slammed 2 hrs or so. Looking down into the hotel carprk a dozen or so licra clad cyclist were unloading bikes from 2 vans. The door banging then began to make sense as EVERYONE knows how selfish, arrogant, and I'll mannered cyclists are. I believe if a night porter or similar had been situe the arrogance of the cyclists could have been addressed.

Nous avons attendu un certain temps avant que le directeur vienne nous servir la dernière fois j’était parti pour la même raison mais je n’avais jamais était servis et il passe son temps à l’extérieur il a même refuser de me faire mon cappuccino

Nous sommes venus déjeuner sans réservation. Le cadre est correct, le service est rapide, la nourriture est copieuse mais n'est pas du tout délicieuse. J'apprécie le calme et la vue sur la Durance. Dommage qu'il y ait des mouches sur la fenêtre.

Great location with stunning views but the hotel was very tired. Even though there was drinks facilities they were very limited. It consited of a kettle that you had to plug in at floor level, 1 tea bag, a selection of coffee 3 sachets and no milk.
The mini bar was a fridge that wasn't plugged in. The jacuzzi bath was huge but took forever to fill and came with no instructions.
The toilet was useless at flushing. The buttons were missing to flush.
1 pillow each and just 1 thin sheet for bedding.
We had booked the honeymoon suite too has it was my husbands 50th.

The view was amazing. The staff were very abrupt and unhelpful. There was no spa or roof terrace as advertised

Modifier Positif : L'hôtel est à l'entrée de Sisteron dans le sens Lyon sud, UNE nuit (100€) plus petit déjeuner 11 €/personne (optionnel) L'hôtel offre un panorama exceptionnel sur la Durance, Tout peut être fait à pied depuis l'hôtel, balades locales intéressantes, village entier, la Citadelle, nombreux GR à proximité Équipé d'un petit ascenseur pour une personne si grosses valises, Literie confortable et propre, 4 oreillers, très petit espace, La salle de restauration très joliment décorée, mélange de moderne et ancien, quelques tables avec vue sur la Durance, service soigné, choix au petit déjeuner, pas déjeuné sur place... l'hôtel est situé sur la rue droite, et piétonne de restaurants, pizzerias, échoppes artisanales, arts et création, journaux, souvenirs, produits locaux, rien ne manque ... ambiance très village, rue pavée, je vous recommande le resto ''le canap'' d'une qualité supérieure à tout point de vue La citadelle de Sisteron à visiter, et des parcours pédestres et VTT tout autour, mur de varappe (escalade) sur le ''rocher'' emblème du lieu, merveilleux Négatif : L'hôtel est géographiquement sur la Durance, mais au sortir d'un virage, sans feu, et mal indiqué, de plus or, le parking de l'hôtel juste devant l'entrée ne contient que seulement 20 places, un 2e parking à 200 m est gratuit, l'hôtel côté finition de chambre léger, un brin vintage (carrelage de douches, plinthes de chambre, quelques travaux à prévoir) d'ailleurs des travaux étaient en cours sur certaines chambres, des détails malgré tout WC façon sany broyeur... dans une salle d'eau (douche) MINUSCULE
