Both myself and my wife were very pleased with the quality of service provided. The staff is kind, the buffet at all three meals of the day is full of food and the location of the hotel is in a convenient spot on the outskirts of the city of Sitia

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. Très haut niveau de services. on aime: LE PERSONNEL: très attentionné, d'une très grande courtoisie (Les hôtesses du DESK; le personnel du restaurant; le personnel des piscines; des chambres) et les très professionnelles et attentionnées hôtesses ou masseuses du SPA. Merci Mesdames et Messieurs, grâce à vous nous passons un séjour inoubliable et très très reposant. Encore merci du très haut niveau de qualité de votre service. Les 4 piscines ; la plage privative , les nombreuses terrasses donnant autant d'ambiance en fonction de l'évolution du soleil et de la journée. La salle de sport (mais qui pourrait accueillir quelques haltères, tapis, élastics, médecines balls et un appareil multifonction de plus; Les infrastructures sportives (tennis, football, table de ping pong etc ...) Les buffets variées et copieux; et surtout beaucoup de plats grecs ou crétois. En retrait: - Hôtel éloigné de l'aéroport d'Héraklion: comptez deux heures minimum pour un trajet privatif - Le trajet collectif est déconseillé: la liaison navette aéroport: GEA prend environ 4H puisque le prestataire fait des haltes à chaque hôtel du nord au sud est de l'ile. Et quand il vous oublie, vous attendez la navette suivante : résultat vous pouvez passer jusqu'à à 6H , de transfert pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Et bien entendu pas de dédommagement !!! Bref trajet collectif à éviter (GEA transport). - bâtiment un peu vieux mais très bien entretenu

Bonjour Je recommande vraiment en revanche navette transfert retour chaotique avec chauffeur exécrable qui nous pour son bétail avec conduite excessivement dangereuse…sinon hôtel et services top

An absolutely beautiful place. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. Would thoroughly recommend. The spa treatments by Poppy were incredible although all the spa staff were equally wonderful. Thank you for making the two weeks so relaxing.

Literie exceptionnelle! Les services du spa sont faits par de vraies pro...un régal. Nous avions une chambre en all inclusive avec vue sur piscine arrière. La nourriture est bonne et variée pour les 3 repas. Les piscines sont bien entretenues. L'hôtel possède un accès privé à la plage avec parasol et transat gratuits en all. Vous avez la possibilité d'appeler le bar depuis la plage en appuyant sur un bouton. Il n'y a rien à dire!
