I’ve stayed at the hotel almost every summer for last 20 years yesterday I tried booking via telephone , 5 calls later 20 mins waiting time asked if I could call them back seriously,,,,,, poor communication skills , only offered one room type in end , I said there were other rooms available on their website ,, she then said oh yes I believe there is ,, asked to speak to manager not available ,, sent email to request call back from management ,, no response ,, sad they don’t care after my loyalty to them ,,,
