I have been staying in this structure several times and, unfortunately, I was completely disappointed at the last time. In fact, the experience at the reception, usually always unfair, immediately after I have provided my identity card, I ask for payment by card, the employee takes my card and despite returning my name and name asks me to to give him the one with which I booked online, telling me that I had to check my identity, now I wonder, you have my document in your hand, you have my card with which I want to check the room in advance, I am a customer with dozens of nights, why should I show the card I booked with? And if I left it in Italy? It's really unfortunate to be treated as if I were a non-reliable person. We come to the room, in and temperature is intolerable, too warm and a disturbing bad smell, I'm acting the conditioning plant by supporting the absurd noise it was making. After a while I decided to shut off it and go to my job date. When I come back to the evening again, I am very tired of the trip, I simply decide to turn off the conditioning without warning the reception because I should certainly have waited for the maintenance. It was not finished, the room was covered with a layer of powder not worthy of a 4-star structure, but also a pension, the furniture was ruined, smacked, squeezed with the risk of finding some wooden stains. The receptionist has made me clear this, but I am quick and quite disappointing that they have not chosen this structure after so long.

The hotel is really nice and modern. It’s in the cosmic style and looks really interesting. The room was clean and bright. I wanna emphasize the breakfasts, there was a good variety of fruits, cheese and kinds of eggs, but it’d be great to add more vegetables to the menu.
Location is also not bad, bus station, subway station and train station are in the same area (right under the hotel :) ). The Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times when travelling for work. The rooms are clean but not particularly spacious. The breakfast is of a good continental standard with a good selection of choice. There is complimentary drinks in the reception area The reception staff are usually polite and helpful but on my last visit i was left extremely frustrated. Unbeknown to me there was a taxi strike on the day of my departure which came into affect from 10am. Had there been clear signs displayed on the reception desk or perhaps if the receptionists could have informed me when checking in two days earlier, i could have made alternative arrangements or left for the airport earlier. as it stood i missed my flight and had to purchase another return. The hotel aren't solely to blame but i felt they could have simply mentioned it as they knew i had flown in and knew the day i was leaving. In terms of location, it worked for me to get taxis to places but for reference. Las Rambla is 40mins walk, Sagrada Familia 45mins I would not be in a rush to book here again

We had rather a long wait to check in and were not acknowledged by the staff on reception who were dealing with two other guests checking in. There were five staff behind the reception desk but it took a good five minutes maybe longer before anyone attended to us!! This did not feel like the best start but our check in was then done quickly and efficiently but not what I would call a warm welcome.
Our room was on the sixth floor and was nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and apart from the half the tv channels everything worked fine. I was surprised there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room considering this is a four star hotel.
The pool area was also a little disappointing.

The hotel is away from the city centre but it is easily accessible by metro. Staff at check-in and breakfast are friendly. We had a triple room, it consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate area. The first night, there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. We went down to the front desk and sheets were delivered to our room promptly. The next day, housekeeping provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed, which is good. I recommend that they should provide these on the first night for triple rooms though. Our room has a jetted tub, but it never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. Other than this, our stay was good. The room has modern decor and a balcony. Breakfast is great with a lot of options: different types of bread with tomato paste and olive oil to add, scrambled egg, sausages, fresh fruits, yogurt, veggies, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast staff did an excellent job in keeping all the items refilled very quickly.

The hotel service and environment are good! When I first arrived, it was a bit cold at night, but the room can actually adjust the heating, which is great! I was assigned a room with a street view. There was a two-person sofa by the window and a good bench for placing items.
The only thing I don't like is the shower in the bathtub. Only half of the glass has no door. Water easily splashes out during the shower and there is no way to separate dry and wet.

I chose this hotel next to La Pedrera. It is located on Gratitude Avenue and is very prosperous. The location is very convenient. It is next to major brand-name stores and opposite Casa Batlló. It is a ten-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. There are all bakeries and restaurants. It is also very convenient to take a taxi at the door. The hotel provides luggage storage service at no charge. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied with this stay. Several Chinese service staff are very helpful.

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

The location was excellent and I felt very safe when out for a run in the early morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast and it was perfectly acceptable -- nothing spectacular but no problems either. The shower in particular was a problem in that it drained poorly, was very slippery when wet (see: drained poorly), and caused a lot of flooding on the floor of the main bathroom, which increased the slippery danger. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the staff leaving an extra pillow in the armoire if we wanted it.

Avoid this hotel, This hotel has lot of problems specially for geust that are planning to stay longer than 3 dyas. Please read it till the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all the problems started before whe arrived with this hotel. Whe booked suite with an early checkin and sended an email with the question from wich time whe can checkin while whe booked an early checkin. Whe got an email back from manuela wich she didnt chekced my booking at all even i sended their my booking nr. She reply’s that early checkin is upon availability. After sending a mail back she says sorry about the misunderstanding because i have already booked the early checking, she just didnt checked my personal details before sending a email back. The next few days i sended a email again about taxi’s etc….and mosts email wont get answered. The days whe arrived in our suite. Huge leaking in the shower. Molt is growing on the wet carpet. Whe have reported this at least 4/5 times and only 2 times they taken action, ask this to the housekeepers and even they told me that they reported it many times. Whe are just suprised that they told us that the hotel staff isnt listen to them!. They just ingnore it in most cases. Guesst are not always able to use the swimming pool while you payed for the hotel as a guest becasue companies have to constantly rent the pool so that guests can't use it, especially in the evenings. We also noticed that noise from the roof daily. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof with music which is no problem at all, only the music is on so loud that you can hear it in the rooms. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof. very bad for the people who want to get up early the next morning or have to go to work so that their sleep is disturbed by this. Keycards in the lift/elevator are not workin gprperly. When you insert the card to go up it wont work. It turns out lot of guests having this issue. I contact the front office in regards to the lunch for 21 september because whe needed to check out at 07:00 and wont make it with the breakfast so asked them what their options are. as if it couldn’t be whorse. 1 male young employee who says on the front office at 19 september at 06:30- in the morning ”oooh no problem” i need to check with reservation departement you are a premium member , booked via our website, I can arrange for you to give you a refund for that day and having a take away breakfast isnt worth the money (in a verry rude and innoproriate way), seriously ? this is the way how you talk to your hotel guest ? the take away isnt worht it ??, asked for a confirmation email , he promised me to contact the reservation department and promise contact me to contact me at the end of the day but as expected nothing heard. End of the day i contacted the front office again and ofcourse i spoken to manueala, manuela told me its not possible to get a rufund wich is totally fine but how she know that ? without contacting reservation depa

Outstanding
The vibe is exactly how a holiday should feel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel staff wanted to make us feel welcome and special. They are incredibly friendly and professional; I have never experienced such genuinely nice hotel staff who seemed to enjoy making every part of our stay the best it could be. Above & beyond! Rooms & communal areas are modern & spacious. Perfect location away from the hubbub. A 10-min walk to beach & restaurants. Hotel puts on free shuttle bus every 20 mins if you’re feeling lazy or too hot to walk! Great food all day, and breakfast is an outstanding standard. The pool areas are ideal; sunbeds always available, staff on hand to cater to every need. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for. We will be back, for sure.
The hotel is one of the best sites being across a walkway to San Sebastian beach. The staff, all multilingual, were all amazing especially as they were so patient with me trying to learn but mangling the language. Compimentary towels and sunshades are included. We had a first floor room overlooking the pool and was perfect. The room was well cleaned daily and the thermostat on the air con worked perfectly. The shower head was a little awry and leaked but still did it's job. The pool is private and, shall we say, refreshing! We had breakfast included and found the choice good with hot and cold choices with plenty of cereals, fruit, meats, cheeses and breads. The restaurant, although accessed from the hotel, is independant and owned and run by Krista and Chris. Great people with excellent staff we went there for several lunches as well - they are happy to deliver drinks and food to the pool.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, the beach view of the room with balcony is beautiful, the tables and chairs on the balcony are very useful. The counter service is very good and the service staff is kind and patient. The water pressure in the bathroom is very comfortable, the mirror and equipment are very good, and there is an electric kettle and refrigerator in the room. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the swing chair at the door is very comfortable. The only downside is that there is only one chair and the wardrobe in the room is a bit small. We will come back if we have a chance.
GGuest UserHotel Sitges is a quirky hotel. The foyer is decorated in a tasteful manner.
The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The a/c is amazing and kept us cool during the hot days and nights.
We didn’t eat at the hotel for breakfast but the buffet looked well stocked and enough choice to satisfy most needs.
I would like to thank Rosa on Reception for being very helpful when hiring e-bikes. She went out of her way to help. She was also chatty and friendly.
The hotel is out of town but close to one of the many beaches. We did not mind the walk to local restaurants and bars.
We would stay at the Hotel Sitges again. Thank you.
GGuest UserThere was no unfortunate point in the location and facilities. However, I was racist from the staff, and the start of my trip was very unpleasant. I said there was a problem with the room we booked, and I guided our couple to an old and cramped room in the building next to the hotel, not the hotel. I saw the room and asked the staff to guide me back to the room, but there was only one room left, and even the room was fixing the tap of the washbasin, and I kept trying not to give the hotel room. Nevertheless, I asked him to wait until we fixed it, and then he guided us to the hotel that there was one room left. The facilities and cleanliness of the room were good, but the behavior of the staff made the image of the whole hotel the worst.
The staff should not forget that racism is a great crime.
GGuest UserLoved Stiges and the Hotel Subur Maritime and will comeback again. We did miss having a small pool for the kids however the pool was great for adults and having clean pool towels every day made it nice and easy for relaxing at the pool or the beach. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThis complex is badly managed and I am writing this as a warning to other potential guests. The positive is that the apartments have been renovated so appear great in the photos. Unfortunately that is where it ends. On arrival the floors were filthy and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Only a table on the balcony so chairs from inside had to be used. It is advertised as air conditioned which technically is correct, however it is set at the lowest temp of 18 and has little power so the apartment was too hot for us. We complained and maintenance was sent (after 2 calls) but he couldn’t change it. The block had no hot water for 3 days but no update or explanation was given. The garden and pool area was not kept clean or tidy and I reported dirty towels and filled bins 3 times to Reception which had been left for 4 days. Gardeners came to cut the grass (not remove litter or empty bins) at 11am on 2 occasions within our week and asked us to move our beds, the leaf blower and mower were unbearably loud and guests had to endure this for 2 hours. I asked Reception why it wasn’t done earlier in the day but they said that it was a private company who can turn up at any time. Apartments only get cleaned every 7 days and no clean towels provided. . As other reviews have explained, keys need collecting from their sister hotel, a long walk or taxi ride away. As there is no Reception or any staff on site this complex feels unloved and forgotten . I rarely write reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We feel so disappointed with our stay and it has ruined our holiday.
The positives? The pool was lovely, spacious and clean with lots of free loungers. Also given its location, as others have noted, it is nice and quiet so you do get a peaceful night. The marina ***** is full of beautiful restaurants so it's in a great location, and the views from the room (corner wraparound windows) were stunning. However... For context, we booked here for only 2 nights before moving to our regular apartment nearby for the rest of the trip. And I honestly don't know if we would have managed to stay any longer. We booked a double room on a room-only basis, so we weren't expecting a lounge or kitchen. But we were expecting a bathroom: instead, the shower, basin and toilet were in the corner of the room with only an open wardrobe to separate it from the main room. I have seen the shower-in-room trend before, which is baffling and unnecessary enough, but in those instances the toilet at least had walls and a door. When I arose for my morning ablutions my husband was able to watch me from the bed (thankfully he was decent enough to take himself to the balcony for the duration). At least it wasn't our first holiday together, or the awkwardness may have been a little much. And whilst the view was stunning, I don't need to be looking onto the marina while I am on the loo (or for those outside to see me), so the curtains remained closed for much of our visit. Did it do the job for a couple of nights? Certainly. Would I return? Most likely not.
GGuest UserThis is our second visit to Sitges and to this hotel, and we have no doubt that we will return again! The hotel location is perfect if you want to stay in a quieter area of Sitges, but want proximity to the beach. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it is a lovely small and sheltered beach which wasn't too busy when we visited (early October and early June). Further into Sitges the beaches seem to be busier. The walk to Sitges is about 20-25 minutes along the promenade. We walked it day and night (quite late) and always felt very safe. There is also a tourist train that picks up at a stop outside the hotel every 30 minutes, although this seemed to have a reduced frequency in October. It's 2.50e for a ticket. We stayed in the Superior studio apartment on both visits, first time having a side view of the sea and adjacent golf course. This side got the sun in the evening. Second time we were above the hotel entrance directly looking on the seafront, and this got the sun in the morning. The apartments are very spacious and we found them very well maintained and clean. There is a coffee machine (a few pods are provided but you can buy more in the supermarket which is underneath the hotel), kettle, stove top, microwave, washing machine, iron, mop, clothes horse, all kitchen and dining equipment, and cleaning equipment. The balcony was very spacious, plenty of space if you need to dry clothes. We dined in the Vento restaurant a few times, eating out on the terrace overlooking the sea. The menu has burgers, steaks, etc. and we enjoyed our meal. It is a bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants we dined at in Sitges, but for convenience and the view it was worth it. There are a few other restaurants onsite, however we did not try these. The supermarket downstairs has all you need, including fresh pastries and bread, fruit and veg, magazines, wine, freezer and fridge foods, etc. The outdoor pool area was very clean and is quite the sun trap early in the day. We didn't try the indoor pool or spa facilities so cannot comment on these. The hotel also provides free bicycles if you fancy a cycle into Sitges on the promenade. Finally, the staff we encountered were all lovely, friendly and helpful to us, providing instructions on how to get to certain places and assisting with booking a car. We are already looking forward to our next visit here!
