Otel sakin, konum olarak güzel, hizmet kalitesi iyi. Kahvaltı çeşidi fazla. Biz memnun kaldık. Ayrıca otelin sahibine küçük hediyesi için teşekkür etme fırsatım olmadı burdan etmiş olayım :) Tekrar yolum düşerse tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Wonderful.
This hotel offers the best breakfast we have had in Turkiye, in their shiny dining area.
Our room was spacious, spotless with an excellent bed and modern bathroom. Large windows facing the road gave us an outlook. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is also well located that we could walk to the historical sites.

Beautiful Hotel
The finest of Turkish hospitality, friendly staff, go over and beyond to look after you. Breakfast fit for royalty. Modern spacious rooms and bathrooms. Was only planning to stay 1 night and ended up staying a lot longer on my road trip around Turkeye

This is a brand new hotel with great amenities. The rooms are quiet, the bathrooms elegant, the breakfast buffet varied. The staff is very helpful. The city center is within easy walking distance.

Otel genel anlamda tam bir fiyat / performans oteli. Odalarda 1 çift kişilik 1 de tek kişilik yatak olduğundan çocuklu aileler için ayrıca uygun. Kahvaltı yeterli ve israfsız, yataklar odalar temiz, banyo modern. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Buraya kadar güzel; ancak ben rezervasyon ve ödememi bir tatil platformundan aldım ve alırken 2 çoçuğum olduğunu ve yaşlarını belirterek rezervasyon&satın alma gerçekleştirdim ancak otele gittiğimde çocukların hiç birinin listede olmadığını fark ettim. 5 yaşındaki oğlumdan ücret yine almadılar ancak 7 yaş üzeri olduğundan 8 yaşındaki kızımdan 900 tl ekstra ücret aldılar 1 gece için. Zaten rezervasyonu oda fiyatı 2 yetşkin 2 çocuk olarak 2.000 tl civarına almışken + 900 tl daha ödemek durumunda kaldım. Bu konuda hatalı tatil platformu mu otel mi bilemem ama bir kopukluk olduğu kesin. Ayrıca otel görevlisine rezervasyon mailimi de göstermeme ve orada 2 çocuk olarak da ekli olmasına rağmen ücreti aldılar. Bu sorun dışında otel başarılı; rahatlıkla kalınabilir ve tercih edilebilir

2 gece konakladım odada yok yoktu. Kendine has bir aurası vardı ve hijyenikti. Son derece ferahtı açıkçası çok memnun kaldım. Otel çalışanları da sağolsunlar ilgililerdi cana yakın ve samimilerdi. Sivasa bir gün yeniden yolum düşerse direkt bu otele geleceğim kesindir..
