The second year we’ve been to this hotel, Emma and her family are so lovely and welcoming! I would highly recommend a visit, it’s close to the beach, but at the quieter end, so lovely and peaceful, they also do an amazing cooked breakfast! We will be back

If you're looking for a warm, homely escape by the seaside then look no further. The hosts could not be any more welcoming and the location is perfectly situated, close enough to the action but far enough away from the hubbub of a busy seaside town. We enjoyed an excellent mini break.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars, shops, the Aquarium, peer etc. which meant we didn't need our car during our stay. Beds were so comfy and nice and clean and spacious. Emma, the owner was so welcoming and really looked after us. We booked for breakfast which was spot on and set us up for the day. Highly recommend.

Lovely family made us feel so welcome and so accomadating, very nice room and lovely and clean .breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Close to to beach and all the local amenities. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend.

Location great, bed comfy, room fab, exactly what we needed. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very yummy and very flexible with choices. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

The Hotel was the best part of our stay in Skegness the breakfast was the only decent food we had in our three day stay in Skegness. The owner was very helpful taking bags to room special thank you for service from Angelique. The other places in Skegness we tried to eat in found a way to double the bill and the food was rubbish.

There was a party of 8 of us that booked. Staff are amazing nothing too much trouble. We had arranged it as a surprise for one of our party as he was 60. They decorated the dinning room the day of the birthday. They lets us use the dining room in the evenings. Th rooms were lovely. Beds really comfy. Can't praise them enough

Absolutely lovley hotel run by a lovely family my young grandson didn't want to leave .The breakfasts are excellent and the whole experience was first class from the moment we got there till us leaving we will be looking at a return trip to this hotel we stayed in family room 2
