Wood Hotel to nie tylko hotel, znajduje się też tam na parterze miejska biblioteka w budynku są trzy restauracje natomiast na samej górze basen z gorącą wodą dostępny również w zimę. Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe, chociaż minimalistyczne. W pokoju hotelowym było niesamowicie cicho, jest to zapewne zasługa drewnianej konstrukcji i drewnianego wykończenia. W pokoju znajduje się mini barek, szklanki na wodę, deska do prasowania oraz żelazko, w łazience szampon, żel pod prysznic. Pokój wyposażony jest też w safe. Najbardziej brakowało mi czajnika do grzania wody, ale w Szwecji raczej nie jest on standardem. Na 19 piętrze hotelu znajduje się ekskluzywna restauracja orientalna. Na czwartym piętrze znajduje się kolejna restauracja, w której serwowane są śniadania, są tam też sale konferencyjne, które można wynająć, oraz na samym dole przy recepcji znajduje się kolejna restauracja. Woda jest dostępna bezpłatnie w restauracji, można też stamtąd zabrać sobie butelkę do pokoju. Nie znalazłam kawy oraz herbaty dostępnej na przykład w recepcji. Wood hotel na pewno jest godny polecenia. Nie ma natomiast room serwisu, ale jest dostępna ogólna sauna i siłownia. Hotel posiada udogodnienia dla niepełnosprawnych, może udostępnić specjalne krzesło pod prysznic przecinek i pokój przygotowany specjalnie dla niepełnosprawnych. Hotel nie ma własnego parkingu.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk hotellövernattning på The Wood hotel. Vi bodde på 18:e våningen med hänförande utsikt över Skellefteå. Rummet var mycket fräscht och välstädat med riktig norrlandskänsla i inredningen.
Frukosten var en av de mest imponerande hotellfrukostarna vi någonsin ätit. Bara frukosten är skäl nog att ta en natt på detta hotell. Vi är mycket nöjda och funderar redan på när vi ska komma tillbaka.
