It's an old Hotel but you got everything you need. Perfect seaview, definitely recommend. Other accommodation is at least equally expensive. Can't relate the negative comments from other people. Efcharisto!!

Το δωμάτιο σε ένα συγκρότημα φανταστικό ακριβώς πάνω από την καλύτερη παραλία του νησιού. Ιωάννα υπεύθυνη ρεσεψιόν σε ευχαριστώ για όσα έκανες για μένα να περάσω τέλεια. Κύριε γρισπο μου είχατε πει στο τηλέφωνο όταν είχαμε μιλήσει ότι μια νύχτα στην Σχοινούσα δεν φτάνει. Κάνατε λάθος. Θα έπρεπε να πείτε ότι μια νύχτα στο grispos villas δεν φτάνει.

The reception area was a complete tip. Customer service was poor. Rooms not serviced. Bar and restaurant not open as advertised. No sense of urgency in dealing with issues - we were locked out of our room for nearly an hour with no help. Avoid.

Το χειρότερο που έχω πάει μακράν..... Πληρώνεις για 5 μέρες για 3 άτομα κοντά στο χιλάρικο.....Οκ,το ξέραμε και το είχαμε δει στο σάιτ οτι αυτα τα χρηματα ουτε καν αξιζουν για το δωματιο, αλλα το αποφασισαμε τελευταια στιγμη και ηταν ο μονος που είχε διαθεσιμα δωματια γτ ήταν ο πιο ακριβος. Αλλα και παλι λες ,οκ πάμε .... Και φτανουμε και αντικρικρίζουμε το εξης θέαμα... Το χαρτι υγειας μισο,το κρεμοσαπουνο για μια μερα,οκ αραχνουλες στο πανω μερος και το καλυτερο ρομα....ναι ρομα να καθαριζουν...οποτε καταλαβαινετε οτι μεναμε ακαθαριστοι... και αυτο επιβεβαιωμενο..γτ λογω των διαφορων πετουμενων που υπηρχαν στο δωματιο...πχ σκοτωνα κατι στο πατωμα εκει το βρισκαμε και την επομενη μερα...στο μπανιο μπορει να επεφτε ενα καπακι εκει το βρισκαμε μετα την "καθαριοτητα" . Γενικα απαραδεκτοι , αδιαφοροι και δε τους ενδιεφερε εαν σου αρεσει ή οχι...κοιταγαν πως θα σε υπερχρεωσουν ...Γενικα δε θσ το προτεινα ποτε.

Unlike other recent reviewers I had no complaints about cleanliness, however our parasol didn't work and there was no effort to fix it which was a problem since the balconies take the full force of the sun for much of the day. The view from the balcony is undoubtedly this place's biggest asset. The host models his customer relations on Basil Fawlty which depending on how chilled you are you may find charming or infuriating. Being charitable I wonder if Grispos took a huge hit during covid and hasn't yet recovered. It has clearly seen better days. Given the price I rate it poor but with not too much effort it could improve. Also they cancelled our booking 36 hours before we arrived and wouldn't answer our emails so that was stressful. It was resolved by our lovely hotelier on Naxos. It is some kind of scheme by Fawlty to avoid paying commission to whichever 3rd party you booked via. He makes you pay him in person when you arrive.

Une équipe super sympa, du boss au personnel Un lieu magique . Une vue mer époustouflante. Un accès à une plage naturellement ombragée à moins de 5.mn a pied Bref n'hésitez pas à venir y passer une semaine. N'oubliez pas de louer des scooters pour vous promener sur cette île des petites Cyclades.

We spend time to Grispos Villas and everything was fantastic. Friendly staff, wonderful beach and amazing place. Our family is very happy because we meet Schinnousa and this amazing place. We come back again.

Schinoussa was lovely. Grispos Villas was terrible. Rooms not serviced. Toilet paper ran out. No staff around a lot of the time. One of our party couldn’t get into their room - the key didn’t work. It took over an hour to get someone to sort it out. It was as if no-one cared. I would be happy to revisit Schinoussa at any time but never again at Grispos Villas.
