Joan Apartments & Spa

We had a great stay in this accommodation. Very nice host and easy to reach if there were any problems. We also used the host's transfer to the airport and were very satisfied. Great and relaxing spa area.

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you think you need. Spacious bathroom, two balconies, air conditioning, seating. Elevator is available. Plenty of parking. You can book the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi separately (€35). This is not stated in advance. Bottom line… a great place to discover and explore Skopje and the surrounding area.

The attitude of the hostess and her family members, all our requests and wishes were fulfilled very quickly and efficiently, the penthouse on the 5th floor had everything necessary for a good and comfortable stay, I would also like to note the heated jacuzzi (thank you (the hostess) for leaving it to work for the entire duration of our stay), a good grill (sorry for not cleaning it, we usually don’t do that), there was also a pizza oven (but we didn’t use it), a large and comfortable bed with soft pillows and a blanket. The SPA on the -2nd floor is simply magnificent: a swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, lighting, music via bluetooth, a shower with accessories - it’s all just a blast, but it was cool because there was no one else there, but if there were a lot of people there it wouldn’t I know. Initially, we booked an apartment on the -2nd floor because we thought that the entire SPA would be only at our disposal, but it turned out that other residents can also use it, but only until 21 after it is at our disposal, but this is not the most important thing about the apartments that we initially paid for, they had a strong smell of bleach or other disinfectants, it smelled even more than in the SPA itself (where the pool and sauna are located), as it seemed to me before it was one large common area for a great time, but then the owners put shower in the apartment, they curtained the windows and began renting them out as a separate room, and by the way, there is no toilet inside the room (you have to go out to go), but it’s not far away. I have a request to the owner that you indicate on the website in as much detail as possible what awaits the residents in these apartments on the -2nd floor, I’m talking about the smell and possible noise until 21-00 if someone else is in the spa, and about the toilet. But we were lucky, they gave us a penthouse without any problems and included a jacuzzi and we had a great time both in the SPA and in the penthouse. Thank you very much again for your help and the jacuzzi, my wife’s back has gotten better. P.S. I’m just telling you my opinion that if it were one common area on the -2nd floor. it would be much better if ping-pong also works great. If we are in Skopje again, we will definitely come to YOU, thank you again.
