The rooms were clean and the hotel is nice. The staff very helpful. The location is a bit way from downtown or other restaurants but wasn't an issue for me. The only issue I had were the pillows. They are too big to sleep on woke up with my neck all messed up.

They pre charged my credit card and then made me pay separately once I checked out. And didn’t release the preautherization. They said the bank will do it. The service was terrible and the food made me sick. I won’t be staying here again. If I could give this place no stars I would

Stood at the front desk for an easy 15 minutes waiting to check in after a long day. This was at 6 pm. Front desk attendant finally showed up. When I asked why there was no one attending the front desk at peak times the employee was immediately quite surly and rude. She told me she did not want to check me in because I was not happy. She then phoned her manager who advised her to check me in. She begrudgingly did. Not a good start. More hospitality training is required
