Checked in the key card didn't work. Had to go back to get another and opened the door and the room was not cleaned up from the night before. Had to go back down and get another room. By then I was not in a very good mood.

Handicap room with bath tub rather than shower. Ice bucket not emptied from last occupant. Thermostat didn't work. The check in was very slow the person ahead of took a long time.

Air and Heater system was not clean and made breathing issues for my family. The breakfast was low quality and limited options. My family will not stay here again.
