The worst hotel of my life. The toilet didn't work, dirty blankets with cigarette burns. The terrace was full of cigarette butts, and the breakfast was terrible. The hard-boiled eggs were rotten. The worst money spent in my life. It was better to spend a little more and be comfortable. I've been in 1-star hotels and it was much better. Even at breakfast. There was a lot of noise at night from kids on excursions who were staying in the room. At 7 o'clock they knocked on the door to clean. Don't go to that hotel.

By far one of the worst places I’ve very stayed. Don’t bother booking the supreme room. None of the extras are available. Provided tea/coffe but No kettle. Fridge broken. A/C / heater not working. Room stank of cigarette smoke, when I asked to be moved they gave me an air freshener. The staff are lovely, but the hotel and management are old dated and inept. Everything is damp and mouldy

Check in was relaxed and friendly, the room was exactly as needed for our short stay and was clean and tidy. The hotels location is great, just a short walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

I booked this hotel in August 2024. It was pre paid, and confirmed on my end, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel in Dec 2024, the front desk staff said that we do not have a confirmed reservation.
They collected a cash amount to us to be able to let us in the room. They don't accept card and they have asked us to withdraw money from outside, and it was night time already and we do not know the place.
We reported it to Trip.com. They were very helpful.
We stayed there for 3 nights, and they asked us to pay the total amount of the 3 nights stay, and then eventually Trip.com
