Stayed at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant, the meal i had was amazing and the best meal i've ever had in a premier inn. Dawid the chef made the best steak i've ever had at all my times in a premier inn (you wouldnt have even thought it was) and Vasil the waiter was very polite and attentive. All my needs were met during my stay from the room to the meal and even the check out. Would defo be back here again

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday.
The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child.
There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me!
We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us.
I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building.
Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay.
I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

I know i will arrive London Heathrow late. So I tried to choose a hotel not far from airport to crash out a night before heading to London. I choose Holiday Inn Slough Windsor because I think instead of stay in airport hotel, at least I can go take a look at Windsor castle in the morning - there is no much different between 20 minutes Uber and 12 minutes to most of the airport hotel near Heathrow Airport. In fact I arrived 4 hours later than I should be - checking in after midnight...very smooth. As I am Platinum member of IHG member , I was pre-assigned executive room on 8th floor. Looking inside room, I have to say this room is better than my expectation of Holiday Inn: with Lavazza Coffee Machine, with slipper and all necessary amenities. In the morning I called a Uber to Windsor Castle just take a look. It cost between 7 - 9 pounds one way, about 8 minutes. Hotel to Slough Station, another 8 pound, about 6 minutes. Slough Station to Paddington, 10.8 pounds on GWR , 18 minutes. Overall the 2 hotel staffs I met, all very kind and friendly, everything is very smooth, everything works. It is by far better than a convenient hotel only , it is a very decent hotel and especially if you drive , there is ample car park, and good value to visit London and nearby area.

The room was perfect, clean, spacious, and the service was good.
There were two shortcomings:
1) The hotel concierge was very small, and the elevator was on the top floor. I found another hotel and was taken there by their front desk lady;
2) There was no parking space at the door. I drove to put my luggage at the door, but I couldn't find the lobby door. This is not in line with Chinese logic. There is a free parking lot nearby, which is not far away and quite convenient.

It was an excellent stay, I visited with my family, during a family wedding & stayed at the amoxy slough. The hotel was immaculate cleaned, service was 2nd to none. The staff were brilliant Agnelo couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable. Daljeet was a fabulous very attentive & helpful & what a delightful lady. Last but not least Laura was very obliging & helpful during checkout. Would always try to lookout & stay at the amoxy, after experiencing a wonderful stay comfortable & luxurious, very clean & tidy with great amenities.

It is very convenient to go to Windsor Castle or the airport the next day. You need to write your nationality and name for check-in. This is a strange request I haven't heard of in the UK for many years. Buy 9.9 pounds of breakfast to show your ID to pay cash. But you can pay cash directly in the restaurant the next day. It didn’t feel good, but the room was comfortable.

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.
Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby. Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.

We chose to stay here as a base for Legoland and London sightseeing. The location was good, hotel value for money and very family friendly which was a plus for us. Parking was accessible, entrance is a little tricky to find in the dark especially sully after a long drive, but safe and secure. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. So friendly and helpful and really do work hard to make sure you have everything you need Our child has a severe allergy and the allergen info provided was excellent. A huge relief for anxious parents We will certainly stay here again for future trips

This hotel has such friendly informative and attentive staff which are all a credit to their Employers . JULIAN went extra mile to share his obvious love for his role and his knowledge of local wildlife should be put to better use. The location is surrounded by beautiful animals such as deer and birds such as kites herons parquetts and chiff chaff. Its a shame the hotel do not promote his ideal location and wealth of wildlife such as walking trails and knowledge boards because they really are missing a trick especially for family's with young children. I am sure local RSVP Could help them with this along with walking clubs etc. Just a mention to restaurant staff at night food great well balanced and priced really well. Overall a fantastic stay.

Very Good
GGuest UserAmazing experience, in the triple room with the family. Felt right at home with all the care and extended benefits for accomodation of our needs. Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.
We had a 24 hour layover in London and instead of picking a boring hotel near the airport, we found this place. If you like history, something different, but still want a very comfortable stay- hands down pick here! The staff here are phenomenal- everyone was SO nice! It was such a cozy place to eat, drink and sleep for the night. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff we met (and the ones we didn't, only spoke by email) but they are all so nice!!!! :) They helped us out any chance they had, which is so appreciated. My family had a wonderful and restful layover before going back over the pond- it's a nice place to stay, that is for sure.
GGuest UserThis was a great hotel, we used it for an overnight stay after a long-haul flight. Room was good, beds OK and generally a well-appointed room. Only issue was that there was only two sachets of decaffeinated coffee in the room, I asked at reception for more ad was told it would be sent up. Two hours later it had not arrived and i had to ring ”housekeeping ” to get it delivered. It did eventually arrive. Why do hotels not put out enough decaffeinated coffee sachets, it is our experience that we always have to ask for more!!!
WWaa YumThere is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.
GGuest UserWhat a shocking experience! We had a late flight in from Heathrow and so this room was booked on our behalf. The room itself seems passable on arrival but then the drama unfolded. The room was hot yet if one opened a window the noise emanating from outside was unbearable. Throughout the night an electric noise (washing machine?) emanated through the room continuously. The smell was overpowering - the fridge provided had not been opened or plugged in for ages. Of the 4 plugpoints in the room one had been boarded up, the second had a television and kettle plugged in, the third was loose in the wall and the switch didn't work rendering one in working order. The bathroom was tiny as well as dirty, the door couldn't close properly as the door frame was broken. The shower had no drain cover and a smell was emanating from there. The toilet had no flusher, we had to insert our fingers into the hole to press a pin!The restaurant was closing as we arrived and no assistance was provided in terms of where we could get a late night meal. All in all a dreadful experience, one which will not happen again. Sleeping at the airport would have been more preferable.
GGuest UserI really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. ”Bianca's Hotel” was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this ”hotel” plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.
