I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was disappointing as it was served cold and dried . Improving the breakfast quality would make the experience much better. Still, a good option for accommodation

Good Hotel close to Heathrow.Large Carpark,but charge a bit steep at £16 a night.However the low room rates compensate a little for that. The rooms are large,with all the usual amenities,and serviced every day. The bonus is the free Breakfast,which is very welcome,and a bit surprising with the Room rates being so competitive. Also a decent restaurant,with reasonable prices. Overall,a good quality Hotel,at a very reasonable price,in a good location.

A hotel very close to Heathrow , we had very early flight and we took a bus front of a hotel direct to Heathrow Terminal 5 and it’s took us around 10 minutes . Very recommended !

Amazing experience, in the triple room with the family. Felt right at home with all the care and extended benefits for accomodation of our needs. Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.

Hotel is clean and functional ideal for a stopover. Good hot buffet breakfast for a budget hotel. Car parking is expensive at £16 for an overnight but it’s very convenient for the hotel. There does not appear to be a Hoppa bus for the holiday Inn express at terminal 5 which is a bit of a pain. We took a taxi but there is a London bus service a short walk from the hotel.

Upon arriving at the hotel i was quickly checked in and upgraded to a better room on a high floor with a view. The hotel is located on London Road and there are regular buses to and from Heathrow airport. I have also have full buffet breakfast included in my booking and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Great value for money and convenient location for Heathrow airport.

Welcoming arrival. Located on the ground floor. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable but some of the plugs in the room weren’t working.

It was amazing 😻 one night there was enough to know that is a cozy place and I enjoyed a lot the Bar and Restaurant Atlantis

Excellent location, near Heathrow airport. Breakfast included, and all the staff members are very polite and kind. Hotel is very clean and in good conditions.

The hotel location is not as close to the heathrow airport terminal 5 as expected. The room was clean, but was suited more for a person with physical challenges (wheelchair, etc.). The staff was professional and attentive to my concerns.

They say this hotel is in terminal 5, but it’s so far from airport. We paid by Uber 32 pound to come to the hotel. The room was really nice, and comfortable bed. Today in the morning was no water in all hotel, so we couldn’t take showers and in the breakfast was no drinks and no even coffee. A bit disappointed

Situated in a wierd place

I like this place as the first stop when starting at Histower Airport, London. Convenient and affordable.
