The staff were terrible huge misunderstanding leaving me and my 1 year old stranded an hour away from home uneducated staff didn’t solve the issue caused by their night staff horrible service

If the windsor is too expensive to stay, here can be an alternitive. The building is old.

Excellent hotel, well placed for the M4 to Heathrow, check in lady was very friendly and efficient, room was superb and very competitive for a last minute Saturday night booking. Will definitely use again.

Very pleasant service and stay. Comforts excellent and more facilities than can imagine.highly recommended with spa and gym mo ey for value number 1 hotel always come here.

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday. The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child. There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me! We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us. I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building. Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay. I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

We stayed 2 nights as easy access to legoland. Price did not include breakfast. The indian restaurant on site served delicious and service excellent. We ate there on both evenings. Price was good . Extra charge for spa access but worth the price. Lovely hotel .

Spacious, clean, friendly staff

The Club Room is excellent, large, but could do with a larger bathroom and defiantly, more Lighting. The heating was not working properly, the first night, however, we reported it they gave us a oil heater and they sorted it out in the morning when I alerted them to it again. We had free compliment drinks, we could only select from house wine to house beer, would have been better to have a choice of wine such as a glass of Prosecco, Short Spirit and any other Larger/Beer etc... The staff were very friendly, and helpful, the Bed was comfortable, but the Pillows are really bad left me with a bad left neck from the first night till I return home, neck now getting better. I would stay at this hotel again as I do really rate it regardless of a few hiccups. The fact is the staff retified the matter where possible once bought to their attention. I also asked for late checkout which they did offer. Thank you for a redeemable stay.

The food options were very limited in the breakfast - overpriced for what there was. The room, however, was lovely and the bed was super comfortable and roomy. Again slightly overpriced for what we got but would come again

We booked the hotel with a spa, but in the spa hotel you have to pay extra for it and. the staff of the hotel and the spa is not very well because the hotel was fully booked was no good servius

I stayed in the Windsor Slough branch of Corpthone Hotel and it was a good experience as the service was excellent and food was okay. The club room that I stayed in was really roomy and bed was very comfortable. I was given a complimentary vouchers for free drinks in the bar and I forgot to use it as I only read it when I was checking out ( I thought it was breakfast voucher that I needed to tender each day for breakfast). Overall I will definitely recommend the hotel. The cupboard handles is chipping and need a bit of painting otherwise all decor is very beautiful. Thank you to all the team for a very good professional service .Lastly the location is excellent as families can access activities for children e.g Legoland and also Windsor castle.
