The hotel is Chinese. By Belarusian standards, it's a masterpiece. Well, and so... I stayed overnight in October, the room was cool. The heating wasn't on. There is air conditioning, but only for the cold. I warmed up with a hot shower.
Apparently, it was once built by the Chinese and abandoned)
The staff is welcoming and friendly.
There is nowhere to eat after 9 p.m. There is nowhere at all...
Overall, it's okay to spend the night.

It's nice to have Chinese service and Chinese restaurant in a foreign country! But the transportation is inconvenient and it's a bit remote, but it's close to the airport. It's recommended to stay there on the last night of your trip
