沒有水，我住的那天連洗臉刷牙的水都沒有，想象一下索契的夏天，這是一種什麼體驗。所以我取消了後面兩天的預訂。

Отель изменился в лучшую сторону! Были тут уже в феврале. В этот раз у нас был обновлённый номер с новым ремонтом. Удобная кровать, свежее белье! В номере, кроме основного, есть ещё чайная станция, халаты, гигиенические средства, тапочки. Очень чисто! Персонал приветливый! Отдельное спасибо администратору Алине Всё рассказала и показала. Ходили в тренажёрный зал. Удобно. Завтраки вкусные! Можно завтракать на террасе с видом на море В ближайшее время должны ещё открыть спа центр Желаем отелю процветания и обязательно приедем ещё!

Классный отель! Есть бесплатная большая парковка, удобная транспортная развязка и прекрасный вид на город! Хороший номер и хороший персонал! Все развлечения внутри отеля: бильярд, боулинг! Вкусные завтраки. Обязательно вернусь ещё!

Во время нашего пребывания шли ремонтные работы прям у нашего номера, ежедневно просыпались под звуки дрели, на просьбу переселить развели руками , отказали. В уборной стабильно присутствует запах канализации. В номере грязно было даже при звезде, а далее еще хуже, пол если и мыли, то только размазывали грязь. Чтобы поменять полотенце нужно просить персонал, который о слове «сервис» никогда не слышал. Сотрудники недовольно закатывают глаза, сквозь зубы отвечают на вопросы, никогда не здороваются. Ночами вместо дрели , гогот нетрезвых людей , шумоизоляции нет. В день выезда вовсе выключили воду, накануне не сообщив об этом гостям. На вопрос «как нам умыться?» ответили: «можем 2 бутылки 0,5 принести, умоетесь» На ресепшен грубят , информацией никогда не владеют!
