Excellent hotel at the city centre with many nice restaurants nearby and a good choice for business trip, but the room is a bit old and AC doesn’t work well.

The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Great location but rooms are dated and if you want to relax in your room there are only 5-6 channels on the tv 3 of them on Bulgarian language. A/C wasn’t cold enough.

Our stay was a complete disappointment. Throughout the afternoon of the first day we arrived, I tried to convince the hotel managers that our reservation included a kettle and a hair dryer. Eventually, although they initially suggested they send me hot water because there was no availability in kettles, due to my persistence, they managed to find it. The next day (the 2nd day of our stay), we left the room at 10:00 in the morning and returned at 3:30 at noon. We found the room as we had left it. Unmade beds and dirty towels. Not wanting to relive what had happened the day before, I did not contact anyone. Finally at 7 in the afternoon a cleaner showed up to ask us if we needed anything. Let me remind to all, that, this is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has a good location and good service. However, the facilities are relatively old and the curtains in some rooms are a bit damaged.

Convenient transportation, but the WIFI speed is too slow. The rooms are very tight, and there are no rooms if you book late. If you arrive early (14:00), you have to wait.

The room given when I checked in was newly decorated and smelly, pungent! Changed to an old room, it was very worn out, the walls were dirty, the service at the front desk was very poor, saying that there was no room, and changed to a very small room the next day, it is best not to live here

In general, I don't think it's worth it

The hotel is comfortable. The room is a little small but has a balcony. The breakfast is very expensive compared to what’s available elsewhere so we didn’t bother eating in the hotel. The gym was a massive let down. Not really a gym at all. A collection of poorly maintained machines jumbled together in reception type area. Worst of all - the cleaners throw away / took an expensive water bottle from our room!! Wouldn’t stay here again as I don’t think it’s value for money. The location is very good.
