Perfect location, luxurious room and amenities. The maid entered our room at 6 in the morning, while we were sleeping. I complained at the reception and the answer was “sorry, it happens”. We are never going there again.

It was a good hotel on average. It was clean and quiet. However, the air conditioning was noisy and took too long to make the room warm enough. Finally, I got cold during my trip in Jan. The staff are so polite and able to communicate in English. It was easy to call a cab using the integrated station on the reservation table which was really convenient.

We were here as part of a group tour in September 2022. Check in was swift from the hotel staff and we were given a room on the second floor. As we were part of a Travel Talk Tour, some of the rooms were twins and some were triples. I was in a triple room for the one night we spent here - for three lads with suitcases, the room was a bit on the small side, but we made it work. The beds were comfortable enough, the bedding and the room were clean and the fixtures were in good condition. As well as the three beds, there was a desk, TV, wardrobe with safe and hanging space. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, large sink and vanity unit and toilet. The towels were clean and there were no issues with water pressure or temperature. The hotel wifi was good - good range and speed. We headed into one of the conference rooms for a briefing before our tour and it was a good size. There was a wedding party next door in one of the other conference rooms. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of food and drink. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. Location-wise, you've got a big supermarket next door, so if you need anything, including anything from a pharmacy like we did, then you're in luck. Overall a good short stay here - recommended.

Lovely hotel, but the rooms are much too hot. Tried to lower the AC but it just blows out hot air. Travelled as part of a group tour and everyone else reported the same issue. Had to keep the windows open but the noise from the street would keep waking me up. Really let down what would have been a good stay as we weren’t able to get much sleep.

We stayed in this hotel when our flight was delayed. Organised by the tour company at very short notice. The group was karge, approx 50 rooms booked, we arrived at around 4am and the hotel would have had very little notice of the group arriving. We cannot fault the hotel and the way the staff dealt with tired and cross cystomers was exceptional. Very patient and dealt with everyone as quickly as they could. We were give 2, twin rooms, very clean, great size rooms, no problems with heating ir aircon and we were able to open the window to let in fresh air. No issues with traffic noise though it was Sunday morning, may be different at other times. Bathrooms were modern and clean, with shower over bath, no issues. Breakfast was buffet style, very good selection of cereals, toast, pastries, bacon and egg, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, juice and hot drinks. Staff serving breakfast friendly. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

We are in room 605. Its midnight, we've just arrived an hour ago only to find our room (that was booked months ago) very hot. Reception says their aircondition is in 'winter mode', which leaves us to either suffocate in sweltering heat, or sleep in 8C amidst all the very LOUD blaring noise of revving cars from an open window. This hotel is in the middle of a busy street, the noise is sheer AGONY. The bathroom light is flickering like fluctuating power. BOTH nightstand lights arecontrolled by only ONE switch so you cant turn your side on without turning the other side too. If you're a light sleeper and value sleep when on vacation, then this hotel is not for you.

Pro: comfortable bed (for an American). Good service, room good size, lighting decent. Bathtub. Excellent breakfast. Con: no shower curtain so water so wet bathroom floor. Room was hot. Everyone we spoke with had to open their window during the night. A lot of traffic noise with the window open. Our shower didn’t work. *but I called the front desk and someone was there within minutes. They couldn’t fix it so offered us another room. Because it was late, we didn’t want to switch so they just gave us a key to the room next door to use the shower.
