Todo perfecto. Es un edificio tradicional bien ubicado y agradable, muy limpio y con las instalaciones adecuadas para una estancia corta en Sofía. El desayuno está incluido, con pan tostado, zumo, café, yogur, etc. Muy completo. Lo mejor del hotel es que el propietario te cuenta la historia del país mientras desayunas, lo cual es una experiencia muy interesante porque habla con pasión y sabe muchísima historia. Merece la pena alojarse aquí solo por eso. Un 10 el anfitrión.

The host Ludwil was very warm and friendly. He provided very good insights and historical information about Bulgaria and Sofia. Too bad we didn't know he also operates guided tours, otherwise we would have booked a tour with him. Location is ideal as it is within walking distances to the main tourist sites in Sofia. Parking can be a hassle if one does not know the streets well, plus the need to scrap off various tabs on the parking coupons to commence parking.

Da molti anni frequento Sofia e le sue strutture ricettive. Dopo tante delusioni mi sono imbattuto in questo B&B. Cosa dire? Piacevolmente sorpreso. Ludmil, il proprietario, è una persona straordinaria che segue i suoi ospiti, dedicando loro il tempo necessario. La colazione è ottima, abbondante e con prodotti di primissima qualità. Gli ambienti curati ed impeccabili in pulizia. La struttura è ubicata in una silenziosa via laterale di un'arteria principale, tra piazza Russia ed il Palazzo della Cultura e la vicinissima boulevard Vitosha, con le rimanenti attrazioni nel giro di un chilometro. Presente sul posto anche una stazione della metro. Zona molto servita e tranquilla, percorribile a piedi anche in ore notturne. La categoria del B&B ( 3 stelle) è sicuramente superiore allo standard italiano. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Nel lasciare la struttura non si può fare a meno di abbracciare Ludmil come un caro amico. Grazie Ludmil, sei grande!

Excellent host who offers touring tips and delicious traditional Bulgarian breakfasts. He is also very knowledgeable about Bulgarian history and culture. Prompt helpful communications. Comfy beds. Room #2 is quiet and looks out onto a green back yard. Great location to explore Sofia!

An excellent choice for staying in Sofia! The B&B was walking distance to everything, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. The host Ludmil, serves an excellent breakfast with Bulgarian specialties and good coffee. Beyond the food and accommodation, Ludmil will provide a lot of history and context of Sofia and Bulgaria. He also offers tours of the major attractions with background and stories. Casa Ferrari is a great alternative to generic hotels. Highly recommended!

The hotel is tucked away a ten minute walk from the subway that starts at Sofia airport & costs under a Euro/dollar to get there. It's a basic B&B in the 1st floor of small apartment block & has a rustic garden at the back. Luckily will give you an extensive history chat over breakfast if wanted & knows just about everything concerned with the history of BY going back to before it became BG! I would recommend his little B&B to people who don't need give star luxury but would enjoy give star Bulgarian hospitality with a breakfast experience like no other!...( BG food & BG history lesson!)

Casa Ferrari was a lovely place to stay in Sofia for a couple of nights. The host, Ludmil, is simply one of the very best - he has a great knowledge of the history of Sofia (and Buglaria and the Balkan region in general) and is a great resource for sights to see, how to plan your day, getting a taxi, nice little restaurants in the area, etc. And a great conversationalist in general! He also helped me out with a last minute change of plans. The B&B has a very comfortable common area with cute furniture, there is a kitchen that one can use for basic prep, but Ludmil serves a very nice breakfast that also mixes in a selection of Bulgarian pastries and yogurt. The room itself was spotlessly clean with all the necessities, and very comfortable. The place is in a quiet area of town so there is absolutely no street noise or other disturbance at night, but it is just a few minutes walk from all the tourist areas and attractions. Highly recommend!
