BEWARE!!! When you order a ticket, it is not clearly stated on the website that you can't use your own swimwear. You are forced to buy their swimwear product line. Beware of this upsell scam.Not only is this an inconvenience for those who already have swimwear, but it also feels like an intentional attempt to squeeze more money out of customers. The lack of transparency about this policy is concerning, as it isn’t mentioned anywhere during the purchasing process. Many people only find out about this restriction when they arrive at the venue, leaving them with no other option but to purchase the overpriced swimwear on site.This tactic is misleading and takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. It’s important for potential visitors to be fully aware of what they’re getting into before making any purchases. If you’re planning a visit, be prepared for these unexpected costs, or consider looking for alternative venues where you can enjoy your day without being forced into buying unnecessary items. It’s always best to read reviews and check for any hidden policies that might catch you off guard. Our two-night stay at the hotel, especially celebrating New Year's Eve there, was an unforgettable experience. The highlight was the exquisite 10-course dinner at Mori restaurant on December 31st, where every dish was deliciously crafted. The evening continued delightfully with an outstanding performance by Felix Peikli & Friends at the Biblioteket Bar, making our New Year's celebration truly exceptional. The hotel itself is a breath of fresh air; its modern ambiance and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the SPA facilities were undoubtedly the highlight of our visit – top-notch and rejuvenating. Considering the fantastic experience we had, I'm already contemplating more visits to this wonderful hotel.

Came with my husband on a day-pass. Beautiful spa. Many facilities. Was crowded on a Saturday in the afternoon. One of the best massages I have had (Edwin). Cabs from Oslo are pricey ($90USD) so plan ahead to take the bus if you want to save money. Bus take an hour + versus 30 minutes in a cab.

Amazing hotel. A veritable smorgasbord of sauna and spa choices. I never knew there was such a variety! They really push you to "disconnect" from all media, not just social media. In house restaurant is delicious. Even better, hotel is just 25 min from Oslo and hotel prices are 33% cheaper than smaller, more spartan, hotels in downtown Oslo. Stay at the hotel and take public transportation to Oslo. It is a nightmare driving in Oslo; they clearly don't want cars downtown...which is a good thing! My recommendation is to tour Oslo in one long day and then relax at the Well for two days. I wish we had done that.

The Spa is super clean and modern, there is everything that you would need to have a relaxing day. Hot pools in open area, as well as closed area. Jacuzzi, different types of showers, cold pools… Aufguss ritual were fantastic as well. Sandrè was super professional. BUT, at the end of this relaxing day, you will get out of the structure (which is located in the middle of nowhere, no traffic, super calm, in a huge free area) and you should pay the parking. The machine doesn’t work, the app doesn’t recognise the car number, the lady in the reception can not help and they gave us a website address to try to pay later… and this is exactly what you dont need after a day in a SPA…

I stayed in this hotel couple weeks ago and its realy nice. The staff, the food and the place is very good. Its about 30 min form the city center. Not to far from a beach and nice tour places. I recomend this place!
