Water heater tidak keluar air panas. Ac tidak dingin, sudah complain dihari pertama, receptionist hanya advice untuk ditunggu dulu. Sampai malam masih belum dingin, tapi saya berusaha tidur saja. Sampai jam 3 terbangun, terbangun lagi jam 7.30 karena kamar semakin panas. Saya telfon receptionist, dia info bahwa tidak ada available sampai jam 2PM karena menunggu kamar check out dulu. Lalu saya minta dikirimkan enginering utk cek AC dan 15 menit kemudian masih tdk ada perubahan. Receptionist tdk ada follow up sama sekali. Saya telfon lagi utk bertemu dgn Manager, dia info tdk ada manager hari ini. Terakhir, saya bilang kalau saya belum bertemu manager saya tidak akan check out. 5 menit setelah telfon ditutup, receptionist info kalau ada kamar ready di lantai 1.
Singkat cerita, kamar itu pun juga tidak dingin. AC berisik.
Handuk semua ada noda. Gorden tidak sampai lantai dan menerawang. Jadi jam 7 sudah terang.
Tidak ada permintaan maaf dari pihak receptionist.
