Nice and clean for a resort. Only thing is that their outdoor poolnis too cold and not heated

The facilities were only opened after 9am even if the programme was stating 6am for the summer

I went on a wedding anniversary trip :) First of all, the location was great, and the view was really great ㅠㅠㅠ Yunseul sparkling in the morning was really pretty! Also, each and every staff member was so kind and nice!! Willingness to visit again x 100000 :)

I was satisfied with everything from the ocean view to the infinity pool! I think I will definitely stay here next time.

Perhaps because it was recently opened, all facilities were clean and nice. I really liked the bedding and towels. Although the amenities are reusable, it was good because it was L'Occitane. It was also nice that the floor was wooden and not carpeted. It was also nice that the room temperature was kept very comfortable as I wanted. The downside is *It was strange that the blinds covering the bathroom were on the room side rather than the bathroom side. *I thought the mirror should be above the desk to function as a dressing table, but it was inconvenient when putting on makeup because it was located above the dresser. *The refrigerator does not have a freezing function *The breakfast buffet was very expensive (but the quality was the best and it was nice that it wasn't crowded because it was expensive) *The water park was a waste of money because the external facilities were not in operation (if that were the case, shouldn’t there be a further discount?) *The distance between the infinity pool and the water park was too far (recommended to just go to the free infinity pool)

It was nice and clean All rooms have ocean views, so it’s nice to be able to see the ocean from anywhere. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is very good.

Good~ The view was nice and it was clean! They say the walking path is good, but it's a shame I can't walk because it's raining..ㅠ Cons: The road to the swimming pool is really long. The swimming pool is on the first floor, but it goes round and round through the basement, and the smell of mold and scale on the way to the basement is too strong. There are a lot of stairs, so it may be difficult for older people. The large towels in the bathroom in the room had a huge smell... I was surprised to see a musty moldy smell, but the small towels and shower robes had no smell. I made a reservation through Trip.com, but I tried to self-check in because it wasn't linked, but the reservation number wasn't displayed. When I called the hotel, they said the information didn't come from Trip.com. I thought I didn't have a reservation, but fortunately I received a reservation number again and was assigned a room.

I brought my parents here for Parents' Day, and they were so satisfied and happy that it was a happier two days for me. I will definitely have to take you to Lotte Resort next time. The staff are all friendly, the accommodation is clean, and the surrounding environment is very nice, so I am satisfied with everything. In particular, the best advantage is that you can see the sunrise from your bed^^

All rooms have sea views, so the scenery is very nice. Since it is a resort operated by a large company, the facilities are clean and it is a good place for couples, families, and friends to travel. The location is good and I want to visit again in the future.

It was difficult to take an 8-hour round trip car ride because it was so far away from where I live, but after arriving, I could see the sky and the sea just by turning my head from my room, which was healing in itself. The trails and scenery are good 👍🏻

I want to go to Sokcho again. It was fully equipped for a 4-star rating and the room was spacious and nice. I needed a lot of bottled water because I had a cold, so it was nice that they didn't skimp on bottled water. I will visit again when I go to Sokcho🤗

The location is really great! First of all, I like the bedding because it’s so soft ♥ Ice is provided on each floor, so if you have a cup, you can bring ice with you!
