WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli

I went to this hotel a month ago. They have good interior and look but rooms are not practically designed. These lack space. The way to reach hotel is a 40 min stretch which very steep and only recommended for extremely experienced drivers. Food was good but the breakfast buffet lacks variety. The staff lacks professionalism and basic etiquette that I experienced first time in a welcomheritage chain. No feedback was asked, the room service took lots of time. Overall not a recommended hotel as per the price.

It just wowww so many activities in the resort. Special attraction was Clay Pottery and high-tea. Gala Dinner with mesmerizing HP-14 band rock the new year eve Mr. Varun has amazing and his rock band is rocking all over Mumbai and found it in kasauli- it was a big catch his songs already in my Spotify playlist. Staff is very courteous and kind , special Mention to GM of the property such a nice *** - he specially sent someone to market to get favorite chocolate for my kid , he was crying for it. Front Desk u hear it well we liked it. Food was amazing aura was amazing It was picture perfect New Year Eve for all of us and big applauds each one of you from us.

Feels like duped… came for a hot pool only to find out it is not working. Sad sad affairs as children are sad. Who puts the major attraction under maintenance on new year bash like celebrations. Hotel management should do something about it. Bye

Our stay at WelcomHeritage Santa Rosa Kasauli was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Praveen Rana and his incredible housekeeping team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. Mr. Rana's attention to detail and personalized approach to guest care were remarkable. He ensured that all our needs were met with a smile and made our stay extra special by going the extra mile to make us comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and refreshed daily with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. It was clear that they take great pride in their work.

I went there with my kids to have a day off from my regular chores. First the area mentioned l'd Kasauli so we thought to book this place but who knows these days it has become mandatory to check distance from google maps for the places you want to visit as the distance from Santa Roza to kasauli market is easily 50 minutes away through unsafe blind cuts and turns I was scared the whole time when my kid was driving due to that road. So please mention clearly the distance from Kasauli main market and don't just wrote Kasauli and be anywhere in an abandoned corner. The hotel is beautiful and has a garden to sit and play or use bicycles but honestly ! didn't like the room it was suffocating and not luxury. I was unable to sit in the balcony as it was way too small so every time I have to come outside to enjoy nature. Some of the staff is good but some left us unattended and were unbothered to assist well. The staff needs a training in human relationships as a team to treat guests equally. Food was good but couldn't say outstanding as options were limited in the breakfast I couldn't find flavoured yogurt or a warm sweet dish that are common in hotels settled in hills. The other problem is if you are here you have to be in the hotel all the time as all the tourists places are far off and you have to cover a very unsafe road of 40 minutes to reach anywhere. That’s why I'm saying not for families when coming with kids. No music or games also.

Wonderful stay at Santa Roza kasauli .The place is very nice, well located good rooms. Food selection,quality and taste was of next level.we are come to here celebrate our anniversary and we booked a cottage. Big thanks to Ms. Jyotsana 🤗 , she made our stay awesome and memorable by understanding our needs for making our celebration wonderful. She give us a best view cottage and also provide a anniversary decoration in our room.will visit again soon. Thankx
