Staff is very nice. Room is luxurious. Only 1 jacuzzi room is availiable, this is information to all. You can book this jacuzzi room at reception. Open restaurant, food taste is also awesome.

rooms are very clean 👌 bathroom was also good but their service for food is super slow that is very disappointed for both morning breakfast on the buffet area and food is finished everyone is waiting for food for long time

I had a fantastic stay at oren . The rooms were spotless, well-appointed and big, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect. Highly recommend family travelers. Specially I love valley view balcony and vegetarian food

We had taken up their 11 out 14 rooms, being a large group. The owner himself was there everyday to ensure highest standards for hospitality. The chef was quick to identify our taste and requirements and we had a gaod time. They property also organised a complimentary DJ for us on Saturday. The view is very nice and the property just a few minutes from main Kasauli junction giving faster access to eating joints and coffee shops.
