It was my husband’s 40th birthday celebration with family & friends; i think choosing this property was one of my best decisions. The hospitality, food, ambience, weather, staff, everything was more than perfect. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mr. Suresh, Mr. Mohit, Mr. Abhimanyu, Mr. Vivek ,Mr. Vineet & actually everyone made sure our celebration was memorable. Kudos to housekeeping team, they were at toes all the time. Never seen such prompt services anywhere. Thanks alott Fortune select forest hill for life time memories.! One more thing Mr. Satish was the only one person that doesnot fit in this property, since he has no regard to talk & is extremely mannerless. Also promises something & later denies. So be watchful if u talk to this ***.

Overall amazing stay beautiful hotel, with amazing food and hospitality. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff are quite courteous and supportive.especially Reeta and karuna are very corporative Ideal place for wedding destination They do have few arenas to explore One can feel the clouds and its mist.

We had a truly memorable stay, thanks to Dheeraj and Pallavi’s warm hosting and Anjali’s incredible trek. Chef Shivraj delighted us with scrumptious food, making every meal a treat. The whole team (hemant and the staff) ensured everything was perfect. Heartfelt thanks to all for an unforgettable experience!

Fortune select kausali is a pearl tucked in himachal pradesh. Couple of things that are very striking are the sevice at all levels. As you walk through the corridors, You are greeted by one and all with a very genuine smile. The other point is that they provide personalised preferential service. Next we come to food. Chef Shivraj made special dinner for us. Every item was outstanding. Shivraj is a great chef. The credit and appreciation also goes to vineet for outstanding service. He is very thoughtful and proactive in understanding the needs of the clients. Three cheers to the staff and the management.

This property is excellent to relax n enjoy. Hospitality is superb and not to miss the food.I went with my family last week only. Every staff was so courteous , caring and affectionate that I really wanted to extend my stay. Food was superb except the samber that was a bit on the sweet mode . I think it should be changed as those who want sweet taste can add sugar but reverse cant be done. Otherwise must visit place😊

Amazing experience and beautiful location the stay was pleasant and memorable Hospitality is too good great hotel and there has lots of activities for do staff are so coporative especially Reeta dheeraj and deepak are very humble and kind staff thanks to them
