Room was excellent but the extra bed charges was way too much.
The sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep .

We had a great time and an unforgettable experience. Our kids enjoyed a lot. Its a good property for a staycation and we enjoyed a lot. Food and ambience were great. We were offered everything we wanted as per pur choice. Also upon reaching we got our rooms upgraded and that was a very special gesture.

Perfect Staycation I would say! Last time I went 7 years. Came back again the second time for my husband’s birthday, and I must say the property is so well-maintained. You will enjoy scenic views from every point. Even the food is delicious! Big shoutout to Prabhjot. She helped me plan everything. Right from the room decoration to the private dinner set-up everything was so well-planned. She’ll welcome you with a big smile, and help you wherever required. She helped me with smooth check-in and all the planning. Even during checkout, she came to assist as I was having some issue in billing, but she was right there to help smilingly. More people like her should be on the front desk, as they are representing the hotel. Coming again for sure! Enjoyed every bit.

Place is very peacefull. Rooms are extra ordinary big. It was our daughter's b'day and they welcomed us very beautifully with live piano and room full of balloons and cake. Staff is very welcoming. Met our expectations. Would love to visit again with the family.

Top class as always. Both the hotel itself, and the staff. The hotel is beautiful inside. Warm and comfortable. The extensive use of wood inside gives a very good feeling. We were very comfortable everywhere in the hotel. Food and drinks are excellent too. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. All are excellent specially Prabhjot at the front desk got us a wonderful room. Great service everywhere. We are repeat customers and we will be back again. This is one of our favourite hotels.

I went there for a one night stay to relax. The experience was amazing from the start of my arrival to moksha. I was taken care by prabhjot who guided me well from the beginning of my travel from Delhi regarding location, dos and donts. Upon arrival she made sure the check in process was smooth, escorted us to my room and showed the property simultaneously. She took great care of us. The property is beautiful, gives scenic views. A great place to relax. Thank you.

My husband and I recently stayed at Moksha to celebrate his birthday and the hospitality made it a memorable experience. The staff made special arrangements of decoration and cake for us. Apart from that, the cable car ride to the resort is very scenic. We also enjoyed the variety of food options available and the house spa. We would highly recommend this property especially for new couples and parents.

The experience which I had at this place is awesome. The food, ambience, facilities, staff and everything is very good. The staff is very supportive and very nice behaviour. The manager Deshnath Ji and Ishwar from restaurant staff were very nice and their behaviour is very nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would surely love to visit again.
