We booked 3 rooms . Love the food . Great service by happy and varinder at buffet. Thank you so much guys . Staff at reception and housekeeping were great . Aways had smile on their face . Rooms were clean .they had really wide range of food options.

Overall experience was very good. Most important aspect was hospitality. Rooms are really very big Hygiene level -100 percent Food is very good. The staff made a special effort by providing a birthday cake at my son’s birthday making it really special.

My family had a wonderful stay at the fern surya resort in October. The staff is so welcoming and sweet special mention to Poonam and dilip ji from the house keeping they were so helpful to us during our stay. Also Priti from resturant made our stay extra special. And the property is absolutely beautiful clean and stunning I loved having my cup of tea in the morning from the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of mountains. Must visit place. Will surely visit again and again .

Beautiful hotel with very nice people around. Happy, Manisha and dilip were very helpful with breakfast and dinner. As we had a small kid we need few arrangements in which these guys helped. My suggestion is to try this once with or without family you will love it.

We had a wonderful family trip at The Fern Surya Resort, Kasauli... The place is beautiful, the staff was super warm, and a special thanks to bellboy Dilip for being so helpful! Great food, cozy rooms, and stunning views—highly recommend!!!
