2 bldgs new & old, on all 3 occassions stayed in new bldg so will be writing for it. Hotel location is good though the approach road is terrible and really wonder why the all 3 roads are not good leading to the main road, for a claimed 3 star hotel its really an essential thing to have a good access for all the time & directions. For hotel it offered me a double room for two of us and 1 single room. Now on checkin only 1 person checked in and on chek out day 2. Paid for 2 guys. 24hrs checkout. Food ordered for dinner took time and was half-cooked (baingan bharta) which had pieces of chopped brinjals not grated and tasted sour. We had to finish our dinner with ordered Dal, on finishing we brought it to the notice of the manager but his argument was we should have told him before, now how does it matter for him the timing since the dish which was served in our plates and the bowl was remained as it is and he charged us for it. Result- Lost a restaurant customer, forever because dissatisfied and mono-taste. Breakfast is very good with variety and a sweet dish too. Rooms are small but good and a same day Laundry service is appreciable in monsoon season. Only thing in such a small room a large (32 0r 42") LCD TV really takes on your eyes. Charged for our Drivers bedding. now competition has stood up in front of them, will give a try next time, which is on main road and heard about the rooms are nicely done etc. Because of the pilgrims the hotel is ignorant towards the business visitors and really not hitting cordial with customers. The Bar is always full with local public and too noisy, crowded. Again increasing prices and lowering discounts, a worry for frequent business travellers.
