Be careful before booking. There are two hotels inside the same hotel. One is executive and one is normal. Don’t go by the luxurious entrance pictures. You may end up paying for something and getting something else.

room size was decent but no window. Fan not working and no hot water. Food is good. Service is okay

Not worth the cost. Services surely could have been much better. This time at least we didn't have to carry water from next rooms in buckets

The overall property is good. But a lot of confusion to find out your allocated room once it's handover by the hotel staff. There should be additional sign board for customer convenience. Secondary what i found the staff has to be provided training on customer service. They have to check for customer satisfaction in terms of service what they're providing.

Staff was well mannered and rooms are clean ! breakfast was delicious as well ! the hotel is near to nh, hence it was really convenient for us !
