Not upto the mark. The hotel is continuously pestering for payment and refusing to accept the payment done through make my trip. Please resolve this and transfer the payment to hotel

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. 1st time in my life visited such hotel. Select any good rated hotel, or your vacation will go bad. While we reached at night, Receptionist, workers, all were RUDE, dont understand why attitude with customers, dont know how to talk, They ALSO made us stay in room of THEIR CHOICE, NOT OUR CHOICE. AND then I've paid money for Food through phonepay, I have transaction id n all details, it showed Transferred, called Banks also, BUT they're telling they didn't receive, Made us pay again CASH also. I was with family, so I couldn't do anything. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
