Rooms need cleaning especially bathrooms. The location is not good for the family. All water taps are not in good condition. Good point is the one that all basic facilities are available like ac, hot water, bed, extra mattress.

Good cleaning is required in the room. The wc was in a very bad situation. The only positive point was that the ac was working correctly.

Totally worst service and very bad condition of rooms. Don't come here. Better way u can book normal rooms in lodge. They are better than this hotel. I wasted my money here.

I had informed the hotel over the call that i will check in late at around 11pm. But when i reached the hotel there was only one guy who was taking care of floor cleaning/reception/room service. There was no drinking water in the room. When i asked i was told that the bottles are over because of the long weekend.
