Very good hotel. The location is perfect. A few minutes walking to the skilift and to the city center. The host and the team are really nice, helpfull and friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very modern and clean. And it has A sauna, a ski room, a vending machine, good breakfast. Just perfect for a trip to Solden.

Remarkable place to stay for a skiing trip. Lovely roomy sauna, cozy common areas with a fully equipped kitchen and living area and tasty breakfast with many options. Wonderful service, specially Karol. Walking distance to cable cars.

The welcome was very warm, everything was explained and then the room was just superb. It really was great value as the standards were very good and beat many more expensive hotels hands down ... an example of how to run a hotel, bravo!

I had booked a stay at this hotel but, unfortunately, could not come due to a severe flu. When I informed the owner, Karl Schmisl, I received no understanding or willingness to think along. The response was cold, curt, and entirely focused on collecting the full payment. There was absolutely no effort to find a solution. To make matters worse, I was told that my travel insurance would cover everything – which turned out to be completely untrue – leaving me to bear all the costs myself. If there had been even a little empathy or customer-friendly communication, I would have gladly booked again next year. But after this unfriendly and rigid attitude, I will absolutely not be coming back. If you book here, get separate cancellation insurance, because in case of unforeseen events they will not think along with you at all. I will never return.

The room was excellent and clean, in fact the whole hotel. The breakfast had great choice and quality and the service was top class from all the staff and owner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had great time in Sölden for skiing. Thanks to Sportalm and their staff. Nice hotel, tidy and well equiped and close to ski lifts (few minutes walk). Breakfast was very good. Staff was very committed and more thab helpful. Their tips concerning free time were very good.
