Elegante y muy buen servicio, un poco solo, no se ve gente durante toda la estancia. Algunos espacios estaban cerrados, la comida es aceptable, pero nada para “escribir a casa”. Personal extraordinariamente atenta, tod@s. El spa y el gimnasio son fenomenales

We recently stayed at this beautiful property and, hands-down, we received the best service. I have stayed at many luxurious hotels and resorts and the service here was far superior than any other hotel. Specifically, I would like to highlight and thank the pool attendants Obed, Julio, Wilan, Ivan, Diego and Supervisor Ana. They met our every need with a constant smile and eagerness to please. They went above and beyond to make our beach and pool experiences comfortable, even bringing us sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Every staff member was welcoming and genuinely friendly. My sister Christine and I will absolutely return. Thank you for making our trip so special and relaxing.

Il St Regis Kanai e’ una struttura bellissima all’interno di una foresta di mangrovie. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile (un elogio particolare a Gaia). Ristoranti con ottima cucina ( Toro prevalentemente fusion, molto buono; Chaya cucina europea/occidentale molto buono per essere un ristorante italiano fuori dall’Italia; Il Riviera a bordo piscina per pasti veloci ma molto saporiti). Da segnalare la presenza di un menu ad hoc per i bimbi. Kids club fantastico, il nostro bambino di nove anni si è divertito tanto. Piscine e spazi comuni bellissimi come in tutti i st Regis. Non ci si deve aspettare il villaggio classico all inclusive ma un luogo esclusivo e di pace.
