Нам достался номер на 1 этаже, между комнатой и душем фактически нет стены, только матовое стекло. Соседи были шумные, но администратор с ресепшн решил нашу проблему. Своего пляжа у отеля нет, но за 10 минут можно дойти до соседнего, там мелко. Завтраки готовят на выбор из пары блюд, обязательно - свежевыжатый сок, йогурт с гранолой, фрукты, кофе, тосты. В отеле можно поужинать, рекомендую. Бесплатная парковка на территории отеля. Можно поплавать на каяках по каналам, это бесплатная опция. Охрана на въезде в поселок, можете провести в ожидании своей очереди и проверки до получаса.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Serviceteam war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vor allem Lili und Alejandro waren immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Wir haben wertvolle Tipps von Lili erhalten. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Excelente día pasamos en las instalaciones del hotel. Fuimos de day pass a celebrar el cumpleaños de la hermana de mi esposo. En recepción siempre fueron muy amables ya que al llegar tuvimos problemas con la ubicación,pero el chico nos envió nuevamente la ubicación. En restaurante todos los chicos muy amables explicándonos y apoyándonos con nuestras dudas. Tienen kayaks y tablas para paddle board...pasamos un momento muy agradable. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor y lindo.

Zeer nette en mooi gelegen locatie. De beveiliging houdt een goed oogje op het complex en je spullen en er hangt een heerlijke laidback sfeertje. Zwembad is top! Je wordt erg goed verzorgd door het team in het restaurant en iedereen is vriendelijk. Complimenten! Gracias e Saludos!

Fin de semana de aniversario, la pasamos súper a gusto, es un hotel tranquilo con habitaciones hermosas y vista a la laguna. Nos quedamos en una suite con sala, comedor y cocina, los espacios son amplios y muy cómodos, definitivamente es mi lugar favorito en Puerto Aventuras.

Todo muy bien, muy moderno, limpio, la comida rica y buena atención. La única observación es que sólo hay un bote para basura, el que está dentro del baño; en lo personal me parece que falta uno en el área del dormitorio.

Excellent choice if you are looking for a peaceful boutique style hotel at very reasonable price. We chose the one-bedroom suite which was very spacious, well decorated, full kitchen, and very comfortable bed. Great intimate pool area (very nice), plus open restaurant-bar with fabulous-friendly staff and good food and cocktails. No direct beach access, but nice large canal in back where you can use the hotel kayaks or long board and was told can actually paddle few minutes and reach beach. Also, can reach beach area and rest of complex walking 10-15 min, or rent golf cart. Very secure private complex/community area with other hotels, apts, homes, golf course, restaurants, marina, dolphin sanctuary, etc. Look forward staying here in the near future. Please take note that this is a small hotel and doesn't offer certain activities, spaces, etc you will find at the larger all-inclusive hotels in that general area but is a perfect option for those looking for a more intimate and peaceful stay and basically halfway between playa del carmen and tulum. Allows great sightseeing.

Solo pasamos una noche, pero me gustaría decir que todo estuvo super bien.. La atención, la habitación, el desayuno...el área de la piscina con el canal al frente...Hay Kayak y tablas para paddle incluido..y lo más importante para nosotros: petfriendly!
