Awesome place for a spring break trip. Kids loved all the pools and water slides. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. The property is huge but very walkable. Had no issues finding anything we needed. Highly recommend the Under the Sea restaurant. If there was one thing I had to ding the resort on was the need to push the timeshare presentation. I know that’s a big business for them but they almost make you feel obligated to go. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to go!

Excelente hotel, habitaciones comodas, modernas y limpias. Restaurantes y vajilla muy limpia. Execelente comida, de calidad. Agradecemos la simpatía y amabilidad de la señora Luz que trabaja en la playa reposeras y el señor Jeremias en restaurant bufet. Recomedaciones para mejorar, poner bolcitas en basureros de la habitación, agregar servilletas de papel en mesas de restaurant, mejorar el sabor y calidad del jugo de piña o crema de coco, hace que los tragos sean muy desabridos (ejemplo piña colada). Mejorar calidad de los shows, grupo de animación, muy mala calidad microfono de karaoke. Mayor limpieza en baño de playa y baños de piscina.

Pasamos unos días preciosos!! No puedo dejar de mencionar al equipo del Star prestige supervisado por la genia de Stephannie! Qué linda chica, tan amorosa y siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites! Su generosidad y amabilidad hacen que tu estadía sea aún mejor! Por otro lado su equipo también es motivo de destaque: los chicos Ana R., Dafne E., Noemí D. Y el genio de Joe P. ( ambassador) que nos hizo el check in con mucha simpatía y amabilidad! Muchas gracias, de corazón También destaque muy especial para Enrique, y su equipo de concierges!! Nos trataron con mucho cariño y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos! My family and I just returned from Iberostar Paraiso Lindo. My 13 year old daughter, Ava, wanted to share a review of the entertainment staff, Star Friends "My week trip was amazing. The staff were so nice. And of course, the STAR FRIENDS made it so much fun. Most especially, Franco and Pepe. They were great entertainment. They both lightened up my day just by seeing them. Pepe made a rainy day fun while playing darts. Every night I looked forward to dancing with Franco at the after parties. Franco was funny because I love the way he dances. Franco is the BEST; his dance moves, his personality, his smile, all brightened up my day. I loved watching him do the water aerobics. He is so kind to people and is very encouraging to participate in all the activities! I had a blast with the STAR FRIENDS!!!" Sincerely, Ava Gironda

Best entertainer ever!! Alexei was wonderful throughout the ENTIRE resort. His spirit shined to the guest along with great room service and waiters at the pools! Dj battles and theater shows. The galaxy disco and beach are amazing locations

My family and I had a great time! The weather was a little challenging so we didn’t get to spend as much time at the beach as we would have hoped. For the members-only beach area I feel as if Angel and Delfina both deserve special recognition for their hard work: -Delfina did a great job checking in on the family and keeping us all well hydrated, haha. She is incredibly hardworking. -Angel is top tier!! Great example of a hard worker who goes above and beyond to try and meet the needs of all resort guests. We were always set up with towels, assisted in putting up umbrellas or readjusting the curtains on the beds when needed and/or desired. He has a great personality and the family very much enjoyed talking to him on a daily basis (rainy weather days excluded). He was very professional. Honestly, if not already, he should be a highly valued member of the team because the members area at the beach would not be the same without him. The umbrellas in front of the bar are great! The years we’ve been here before and those weren’t in place, it was pure torture to the feet when waiting in line to order a drink. Fantastic addition!!

The time I have spent at the members area on the beach has been fabulous because of the employees that work there! Angel and Delfina are the best of the best. Our trip has been a bit rocky with some issues here and there, but Angel is always offering to help out where needed. Angel is a hard worker and a big asset to Iberostar not only because of his work ethic but also because of his wonderful personality! We have made friends to last a lifetime.

Very family friendly. I travelled with a large family with children ranging from 2y-13 yrs and they all managed to have great fun!
Lots to do for toddler and preschoolers including a large splashpad, lazy river, indoor playground and outdoor playground. Lots of space to lounge with a large group, and lots of food options. I would've skipped the stress of booking restaurants and just head to the buffet every night because they change their theme every night so there's lots of variety. We had a Spanish night, seafood night, all very yummy.
The only negative comment I will leave is beware of the rooms closest to the beach. The first room they gave us was in building '50' which was closest to the beach. While it was an upgrade (larger room, with a private jacuzzi in the balcony' it had a strong musty mouldy smell. They had a humidifier on and blasting all day but the smell was still really strong, and we saw trace of mould on the bathroom walls. After our second night, one of our friends who we were travelling with visited us in our room and commented on the strong smell of mould and that their room did not smell like that. We called concierge and arranged to change our rooms right away.
Our second room was in building '55' and it was much newer with absolutely no trace of mould. It was a night and day difference. Highly recommend booking in building closer to the lobby instead of the beach.
