This is a very nice hotel, it gives a calm vibe and the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast both warm and cold, amazing amazing view from the room (lived on the first floor) and spent a lot of time on my balcony. Good more private location away from the more centre.
My room was spacious, clean and the bed was sooo nice and comfortable!

Zimmer 103 sehr schön, sehr sauber,grosser Balkon mit Doppelliege und fantastischer Aussicht.( Anregung: Eine Sonnenstore würde den grossen Balkon noch etwas intimer machen gegen Einblicke von der 2.und 3.Etage) Sehr freundliches Personal.

Check in was fast and very polite staff We had room 206 it was huge with extra large comfy bed. Bathroom had separate dressing area which is good for others wanting to use shower or toilet. Shower was large with good power. Super soft towels. Hairdryer shampoo and body wash supplied. Coffee machine and coffee pods in room. Plenty of wardrobe space with safe inside and lights coming on as you opened the doors. Two large windows in the room one is the patio doors out onto a large balcony with table and chairs. Automatic black out blinds which are perfect and a gorgeous view over the sea and mountains from your bed when you open them on a morning. TV you can log into Netflix etc if needed. Breakfast buffet and a separate menu to order omelettes eggs on toast etc. Lady who worked in the breakfast room was always very friendly when giving us our tea and coffee and refills (sorry didn’t get her name) she is a real asset to the hotel. Pool area is a nice size and plenty of sun beds for guests. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will return. It is now our favourite hotel in the port.

calm and quiet place to stay first visit to the citrine hotel I really enjoyed stay,food and the service from! Rooms very good the bed was incredibly comfortable the breakfast was delicious and fitness centre maintained well top notch!!!!

Super emplacement proche de la plage mais légèrement à l'écart, ce qui permet d'être au calme. Superbe terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer Chambre plutôt basique, établissement un peu vieillot. Il n'y avait pas de clim et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre malgré la présence d'un ventilateur et le fait d'avoir laissé les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit

On arrival we were greeted by night manager who was very nice woman gave us key to room on fourth floor when entering room was three bugs which I got rid of maybe came in window as room backs out onto mountain, room no Aircon, , hot like oven,very basic small room ,1 bedside locker 6 hangers ,shower ok ,tv no English speaking stations, breakfast continental only 10euro was ok ,beer pint 5 €. Nice views from outside hotel , 1.8km walk to main marina quite hard to get taxis , tram is 8€ to soller town nice trip , all bars restaurants mostly close by midnight,

excellente situation, calme, bord de mer direct, balade du soir au phare partant au pied de l hôtel, terrasse sur la mer ainsi que balcon pour certaines chambres le personnel est aimable et à l écoute. et surtout la dem pension menu 3 plats à 16e avec des plats souvent de qualité très supérieure à ce qu on a dans un petit hôtel, vraiment bravo au chef Daniel que j ai demandé à remercier
