Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. Room is very large and spacious with all facilities - very clean and had good stay. Location of the Hotel is a very central and easy access to many other spots

One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

Minus: The room is not clean, even I found cockroaches in the room, there is no mat, towels cm 1 but ask for an extra 1 why ... , and what I think is the worst thing is the first time I enter the room, The staff turned out to have forgotten to put a pillowcase ... and the color of the pillow is haduuuuuhhhhh

The guest feel satisfied here but they complain about the signal of the tv. The bathroom and the room is like this hotel name “Petit” that means “small/little” so, if you’re looking for a spacious bathroom, this one might not be on your list. They also served water and some tea, also coffee. It’s comfortable.

Zest Solo, one of the newest 2-star hotels in the city of Surakarta. Its location in Manahan, the parking lot can be quite steep and narrow, fortunately the hotel offers free valet parking facilities. The lobby is a standard size with a modern interior. The room size is quite spacious and comfortable for a 2 star, equipped with benches, chairs and simple work desks. The mattress size 100x200 is comfortable enough with 1 pillow each per mattress. For the zest rooms, all of them are twin. They can set Hollywood but they are only attached and still easy to move, so it's not comfortable. In the room, they provide complimentary 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, and a dispenser for refilling mineral water at the corridor. The bathroom uses a head shower and faucet. For shampoo and bath gel, use a 2 in 1 dispenser system, no toothbrush is provided so it is better to bring your own. The wifi speed is not good, fortunately the TV shows are clear. There is also a room service menu that is affordable. Overall the rooms are quite comfortable because the condition of the hotel is still new and still well maintained. For breakfast, you can say the taste can be enjoyed and the variants are quite complete, there are pecel, yellow rice, bacem tofu, green bean porridge, indomie corner, egg corner, fried noodles, guava and orange juice, sliced fresh fruit and pudding. Unfortunately i see some people walking around, picking some food not using mask, i hope they can apply the health protocol strictly

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

BBagus WI stayed in this hotel for an Eid family gathering which was held on its ballroom. Upon hearing that we will stay in this hotel, I felt a bit cautious due to its rather negative review from previous customers. Upon arriving we were greeted by welcoming receptionists who struggle to manage our large booking. But nevertheless, they made it through. In addition, they also give us welcome snack: a cheese cracker that tasted like cream soup. Our room is located in newer wing. Although the interior looks dated (like something that dating back from 1990s, except for its LCD TV), it was clean and pleasant. The aircon was initially hot, but after some repair work by housekeeping staffs, it become cold enough for the remainder of our stay. We truly appreciate their attentive effort. The hotel is generally clean and nicely organized. Its heritage buildings are also properly maintained. It is also centrally located and next to Gramedia bookstore, which is a big plus point. However the biggest downside about this hotel is the food. They menu is generally limited and not so tasty. Even during our gathering, the food menu was anything but delicious. However the Sosis Solo snack was perhaps the tastiest and truly save the day. Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential to be the best, although it is in dire need of major renovation and upgrade.

BBSugiyartoThe staff is very friendly, the food is delicious & there are lots of choices, but the smoking room doesn't have a view out so it feels like you're trapped, the room is spacious, the balcony is beautiful, the shower is really great to make you sad hahaha
The only thing that makes it a bit unfortunate is that most of the interior plant decorations still use artificial (fake) plants, even the pools also use synthetic grass. Even though the concept of the hotel is good, classy, luxurious, it's a bit eye-popping if it has that. Maybe the maintenance would be easy & cheap, but yes, in 4* hotels there is no budget for caring for native plants. Hopefully it can be corrected. Next time I go to Solo again, I will definitely stay there again. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

GGrendyStaying at Bobobox Solo is fun. Bobobox Solo has a strategic location in the middle of Solo. But behind the advantages, Bobobox Solo does not have enough car or motorbike parking so we have to use paid parking. There is also refillable drinking water and a comunal space on the 3rd floor. In terms of room, Bobox Solo has enough room for a budget hotel.

GGuest UserA good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.

But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all.
Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

AAngelaicaAmaris Sriwedari Hotel is close to the main road of Slamet Riyadi J., when checking in and check out are smooth, the staff are friendly and we are served quickly, the rooms are also ready at pkl 1 wkt check in. Our room was on the 6th floor, the room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water even without a kettle, tea and coffee (low budget). The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom is a little problem for the water supply, a little slum so the water has to wait a while to enter the sewer, but counted clean enough, available shower equipment and tooth hygiene, as well as hotel shoes but only 1 pair. The food is quite good, a lot of menus, take it yourself, only the staff is minimal so the shame is also his lizard, you have to see the food when it's exhausted but also have to note what room customers have eaten. The security staff in front of the hotel is not there, less enthusiastic, so it's a little difficult to find a parking space, especially when we came it seems that there was an event at the hotel because a lot of motorcycles parked. Overall quite recomended for low budget hotels in Solo.
