Convenient place

Very good hotel with beautiful environment, complete facilities, attentive service, very high-end, a good business travel experience, surrounded by big factories, and all the guests staying here are business people

Very good hotel. There is a good quality price relation. All very new and clean. Very well cared for by their employees. Putting a coffee maker and bottles of water in the room, which is very spacious, is a great detail. The least good thing is the location but there is a light rail nearby to go to Madrid.

I’ve just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I definitely won’t be going back and I wish I’d read some of the recent reviews before I came. It’s true, there is no recognition of the Marriott reward status at all. This recognises people who regularly stay at Marriott hotels and spend a lot of money at Marriott hotels but for some reason this AC doesn’t seem to care about that. I checked in, no recognition. No room upgrade, no mention of breakfast, no welcome gift. Nothing. In the evening when I returned I asked about these things and was told at AC hotels the only thing I am entitled to is $10 per person room credit. Apparently I chose to decline that and take points instead. I didn’t because I was never asked. The evening reception person said he would amend that. I then asked what I could use the $10 credit on. I was told mini bar or the bar but for some bizarre reason the bar doesn’t open at weekends which includes Friday night. This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so why wouldn’t it at least have the bar open every night. The hotel is full this weekend. Wouldn’t the bar be busy if it was open? I’ll leave my review at that but basically, don’t expect much from this so called Marriott hotel. I won’t be staying at an AC hotel again.

AC HOTELS are generally of a very good business standard. This one as bigger than average size rooms work desk and in my case the two single beds pushed together. Better standard than Aravaca down the road. Can get a bit expensive but it largely looks after the large corporates near by. Breakfast is pretty average but so are most AC Hotels

Stay Away!!! Hotel seem to have some structural problems. Little wind causes huge noise in rooms and within hotel as in something is breaking. On top of this, they have dishonest staff at front desk who prentends that hotel is always full (to avoid giving an upgrade) while occupany rate seems very low.

We went one night because we were going to go with the family to the aquapark, and we found a room for 4 (2+2) for €110 and when we arrived we found an excellent hotel and a spacious room. Very happy. We didn't have breakfast, they offered it to us for €14 for adults, children for free. Everything was very good, maybe a little expensive for an adult

Very bad experience. I booked a double room with an extra bed to spend the weekend with my children..., At reception I was greeted by a person (Ramona), very unpleasant and haughty..., we had to wait in the hall until the room was ready even though we had arrived at 3:40 p.m., the room was not very cozy, the mattresses were very thin, and there was little light..., but for us the worst thing was that they did not have restaurant service, not even a cafeteria during the entire weekend, So I canceled the next night, and paid €303 for one, which in my opinion is not worth it. I am writing this review in case it could be of use to any family that is thinking of booking on the weekend..., because the concept of this hotel is designed for guests for work reasons from Monday to Friday thanks to the good location it has near “La Finca Business Park

Business hotel, I would say, very well located in a very quiet area with very friendly staff, rooms all renovated, large beds, spacious rooms, a good breakfast, of course, with a cook like Cristina, she could only have very good things! There is good parking at the door and it is free and we always find a place to park and I have also been going to this hotel for about 3/4 years, very good quality and price! This place also interests me, of course, but it's really very peaceful!

Poor value for money on the menu. They take advantage of the law of supply and demand. I have been several times and on many occasions it has left a lot to be desired. When the menu is for the week, sometimes when I have gone early it has seemed to me that the roast chicken was from the previous day. Maybe not, but if not other things like stale rice, waiting for the dish to arrive cold. Menu in other AC more economical and better service.
