Résidence très agréable ou il fait bon vivre ! Bien placée (plage et surpermarket a proximité) Personnel très serviable, accueillant et gentil. Linge de lit, et serviettes changé tous les 2 jours, merci. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Minorque. Je recommande vivement Benjamin et Hélène

Lovely stay here at club ciudadela apartments. We booked direct, arrived after midnight. There was a note left at reception with our room number- our key was left in our door (Over an hours transfer- taxi back is 50 mins) No air con (but we knew this!) ceiling fan, and stand alone fan. Which was perfect. This is a great base. Central to the harbour. The rooms are very spacious, but basic and also a balcony. The beds aren’t very comfortable…. But that’s really the only negative I can say. The kids said they were fine…. The pool is very quiet, but nice. 2.20 meters deep! The kids had a great time in there. Didn’t spend a huge amount of time here as we hired a car for 3 days and travelled around some of the island. The supermarkets are less than a 5 min walk! But when we had the car, we went to Aldi! Much cheaper and more variety. Cala’n Brut (cliff jumping) isn’t far from the hotel! Maybe 20 mins in a taxi. Defo worth a visit. All beaches in Menorca are absolutely ramo! If you want to reserve a bed, get there about 8:30am! Latest! ciutadella night market - worth a visit. Extremely beautiful. A million times nicer / more picturesque than Cala’n Bosch. This is a family run hotel. The 2 ladies are lovely, great English and really accommodating.

Apartment - very clean, spacious and comfortable, towels changed every couple of days. You are expected to take out your own rubbish out to big bins which I've never known before we didn't take out ours I don't go on holiday to take my own rubbish out which was about a 5 minute walk down the road. We left it and the cleaners ended up taking it. Fans were provided in the room instead of air con and free safe in the wardrobe. Hotel small and very peaceful, nice pool and there wasn't a problem with sunbeds nobody put towels on them so you could get one whenever you wanted. Drinks cheap at the bar. Beach, shops and restaurants close by. Lots of lovely places to eat.Only snacks available and breakfast was only cereal. I recommend going to visit the night market

Just back from spending a wonderful 13 nights here, the most relaxing holiday ever, very spacious clean studio safe provided free towels changed regularly lovely family run complex will certainly be going back, thoroughly recommend look forward to going back next year

Such a lovely place to stay, very relaxing and quiet just a short stroll to the harbour and beach. Staff helpful and polite. Rooms basic but clean.

Stayed here for the first time this year, and enjoyed it so much we've already booked again for next year. The staff we spoke to were lovely, especially Amandine on reception. We inadvertantly booked a studio, not realising there were still 1 bed apartments available, but the layout was such that it didn't really affect us. The only slight downsides... the TV reception (for the 2 English speaking channels) was extremely ropey at the best of times, and because all the studio apartments are all on the top floor, there are a lot of stairs to negotiate during the course of the week. That said, we definitely recommend Club Ciudadella, and can't wait for next year's visit.

A lovely small hotel, peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. lovely pool, large and deep with a childrens area. An old review on here mentions accessibility into the pool as it is so deep, well they had gently slopping steps fitted into the shallower end whilst we were there, so that is not a problem anymore. All staff friendly and helpful. I travelled as a single woman with 3 children, and I felt very safe here. Supermarket a stones throw away and centre with restaurants and shops 5 minutes walk. We had a lovely relaxing stay, I would return and would highly recommend if you want a peaceful holiday.

Wonderful family hotel, everyone is so helpful and friendly, and a lovely place to relax away from all the other 'noisy' hotels. In walking distance of many restaurants and shops, this is a self catering hotel (although they do have a continental breakfast), and all facilities if you wish to cook are included in the flats. A short walk from the beach and the harbour. Couldn't have made a better choice.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I cannot recommend this place enough. There was no scramble for the sun loungers!!! Conveniently situated, whilst quiet it was a stones throw away from the supermarket and car hire businesses. The beach and harbour were a short stroll away. All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs when we had a late coach transfer back to the airport. I particularly loved the pool as it was a decent size and deep enough to get a good swim in. There is separate, shallow area for children too. This accommodation represents excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
