This is a pretty decent and chilled out place with great ambience and location. Hygienic place,professional staff, good food and good service. The experience was great. Good hospitality. Neat and clean hote. Nice service .warm hospitality . Nice management Good luck .

the hotel was under rennovation, and half of the rooms are in concrete. This should be disclosed when we book the hotel. The desks in the room had a layer of dust from the rennovation I think, which was inevitable. Also there is constant rennovation noise in the day, but i was out during the day, so the noise did not bother me.
The 2 boys at front desk are helpful and nice. They responded to my request to the best they can.
I asked for 1 toilet paper roll and they gave that quickly.
In the booking it included breakfast, but the 2 boys told me that breakfast is not included, and i can order on the menu and pay. I showed them the booking, and they asked me if i am okay with a veg sandwich and tea. I said sure. The tea was good. Veg sandwich was okay.
The shower's water tab is loose and falling out. I asked the boys to fix it, cos it is hard for me to turn the tab to the side for hot water. One boy showed me that it can work and he rotated the inside of the tab a bit so that it is already in the position for hot water, then put the tab back on. I was like... fine.... i will not give you a hard time.
on the day i checked out, i said no breakfast needed, but pls give me a bottle of water. The boy gave me water from the fridge immediately with no charge.
ALl in all, the 2 staff were hardworking and responsible. I praise them for that.

GGuest UserI had booked this property via MMT for check in on 27 April 2024 for a night stay with my kid. There was a 2-day sport competition for which we had to stay at Sonepat and hence I booked this hotel for one night. I called up the property at around 8 PM that I would be checking in at 9 PM. When I reached the property, I realised that it was the worst hotel that I had ever booked. Reasons listed below: 1. Entry is shady - backside of a non working mall. The hotel seems like it's been used for shady activities. 2. The reception was full of mosquitoes, AC wasn't working at the reception. 3. The most important point - I was unable to check in - as they were still repairing the AC of the room and they mentioned that no other alternative room was available. I had to put my stuff back in my car and move out of the hotel. 4. I created a couple of videos for my reference to claim the refund from MMT, but one of the smartypants at the reception switched like a chameleon from βrequesting to wait for AC to get repairedβ to βI can get you checked in immediatelyβ when I started recording. Ultimately, I couldn't even see the room, leave alone checking in. MMT issued a refund and an apology voucher for this. This hotel is pathetic, shady, highly unreliable and fully avoidable.
