很差的酒店，下午入住，沒熱水，跑去前台説洗的人多，叫晚點，凌晨12點，還是沒熱水，早上六點起來還是沒熱水洗澡。廁所也是老是不上水。前台早上去了三次也沒人，打電話也是沒人接。好不容易在下面等到一個工作人員，跟她説了，也不見幫你叫人解決

來白雲山度假旅遊住宿就選這家，非常nice，環境很漂亮，房間裏面也非常乾淨，洗漱很方便，服務人員也很熱情周到，餐廳飯也很好吃，哈哈哈，下次來還會定這一家，推薦大家去，非常好的一次體驗👍🏻👍🏻，這次出來玩很開心🥳

嚴重虛假宣傳，圖片和實際嚴重不符合，從進門辦理入住，前台一直重複先看房間，不行再換，我還納悶，有什麼問題。領着我們去的另外一個地方，壓根就是欺騙，店名也不一樣。被告知如果想要入住宣傳上面的圖片，還要多加228元。住的地方衞生差的要死，沒有熱水，熱水器臟的要命。還有蟲子，宣傳還24小時熱水，避坑吧，門都鎖不上
