We are problem to check in because suddenly got problem to enter Thailand, we just inform to apps but the hotel refuses tu accept out cancellation. Bad service

All staffs very helpful & kind. The waterpark was nice for kids. Just cross the road while heading to the beach.

The room is bad, the bed is too vintage & not comfortable. The walkway from reception to room is the worst, smelly with the stingy smell from public toilets. The overall hotel condition is run down and old.
