Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioner works well, the toilet is separated from wet and dry, the surrounding environment is good, but the sound insulation of the room next to the road is not very good, it is a bit noisy at night

This is definitely a "5 star" version of the backpacker lodge.

Very Good location in the old Town. Also every part of its hostel have charging points which is great! I slept however on the top bunk and it was dusty but still clean. For the toilet the one below was good and clean. But the toilet on my 2nd level wasn't clean to me so I struggled when I had to go to the toilet at night

There are a lot of common items that can be used. There is a kitchen zone where you can do it. The cat is very cute and friendly. There is soap in the bathroom. There are towels provided. The room is ok. There are many common zones that can be used. But I haven't used it much in time. Because the accommodation is close to the walking area, there are many things to see and cafes nearby, but the bathroom is average. Not very clean, overall ok

The hotel management system is very bad. Come to inform customers 1 day before check-in that the system is over booking. All good hotels during Songkran are full. When I came to leave my luggage at the hotel, they didn't inform me of anything. 3-4 hours passed until I called again to notify me. I asked the employee why he just came to inform me even though I reserved 8-9 days in advance. The employee said that he just came to check. It doesn't seem very reasonable. So I decided to cancel both nights. (Booked a different type of person) but still refunded the room fee. But the knowledge has been lost. Even though I really wanted to come and stay. Because the hotel has always had good reviews. Don't be fooled by something as simple as this. The over booking reason seems funny. Telling customers like this. If a problem like this cannot be taken care of It is recommended to turn off receiving OTAs.

Good service, accommodations feel like staying at a friend's house, good atmosphere.
