the cutest boutique hotel ever !! easy to go around, center of everything.. not to near the mosque but you can hear azan prayer so you will know halal food is available.. lot of cute cafe and halal cafe.. worth staying here..

I would certainly call Baan Nai Nakhon - Bed and Breakfast (B&B). Very friendly owner like you visit him at his house. Convenience location. Right in the center of Songkla old town. Walking distance to Songkla Museum and many city interests. You must understand you are in the old-old building (about 100 years old). Floor crackling, steep staircase and corky floor plan. These are the charm of Baan Nai Nakhon. Love the place and will go back again. Thank you for taking good care of us.

Post pandemic shackles off, wanted to try more hidden corners of Thailand, so came to Songkhla, an hour east of Hat Yai airport, to see the old town, an area with plenty of history and charm. Over the last few years, tiny cafes, galleries, and shops have opened, but town is not yet gentrified. Boutique hotel Baan Nai Nakhon is in the middle of all of this, decorated with a mix of quirky timeworn furniture and ceramics, and handmade mosaics by the laid-back & multi-lingual owner Danny, that used to fly for Thai Air. Breakfast starts at 730 in his garden cafe with heart and flower shaped fruits, and the main can be a dish of amazing roti. Just a perfect hotel to explore Songkhla old town from

Cool and convenient location. The place is very stylish…they have obviously worked hard to design it and give it character. But a few things didn’t work for us. We like it quiet and this is an old house so it was pretty noisy…mainly due to other guest being inconsiderate. Our room was fairly comfortable but to be very honest it needed a good clean. We had cobwebs and a lot of dust. The bed was very damp on the first night…we had to crank up the air conditioning the next day to dry it out. So sleep quality wasn’t great. The owner speaks great English and was helpful and welcoming. It felt more like staying in someone’s home than a hotel which some people may like but that’s not really our thing so we felt a bit uncomfortable at times.

Wonderful little hotel in the middle of old town! You come out and you're in the action. Within walking distance of countless restaurants! The hotel is very clean, and the little details everywhere delight and bring joy! Large spacious rooms. A cute little backyard invites you to have a cozy breakfast! The owner is very nice and helpful!

We had a great stay in this charming boutique hotel. Situated in the heart of the arty old town of Songkhla. Warm welcome from the owner (who speaks very good English and some French), beautiful and cosy decoration and very pleasant breakfast served in a garden. A must-stay in this surprisingly vibrant city.
