Hotel location was a little distance from town area but if you nothing to buy from town then doesn't matter as have few restaurant around hotel area. Hotel quiet clean and new. Staff quiet friendly and have good service mind. Breakfast is ok too. Room clean

I booked the hotel for 1 night because it’s near to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and very specious but it failed to serve its purpose. They have some synthetic type cotton material bedsheets and bedding which trap the body heat. If the weather is not freezing cold then it’s just too much heat trapped between the sheet and your skin. If you are someone who can sleep easily then it should be ok, but if your body is sensitive to cloth materials then avoid this one. Otherwise, It will be a angry, struggling nigh like mine. Breakfast was so so. There is nothing near to the hotel.

The five-star rating is also very good. The location is very easy to find, and it is very close to the subway station, so it is very convenient to come here. I was going to book again after returning from Jiuzhaigou. I called the front desk and said that I couldn’t upgrade the room type this time, so I refunded the Dongger next to where I stayed. The price is cheaper and cleaner. Next time if I upgrade the room type, I will stay at this hotel again. The front desk replied that I booked it and couldn’t upgrade it. I saw on Ctrip that it was not booked. I went to Chuanzhu Temple very late and passed by and looked at it. No one was staying. It was a bit fake! Considering that there were many negative reviews, maybe the ordinary rooms were rather shabby and the price was still a bit high for the same type of rooms, so I went to Donggel next door.

It had been a day and a night. I went to the room to take pictures for evidence and said that there was nothing. During the phone call, it was said that there was nothing in the room and the things were gone. Maybe I forgot about it. I think that as a relatively high-end hotel in Songpan, the price is not low, and the emergency incident handling of the guest room is simply a mess. I have stayed in many hotels and have left items behind. The hotel will check and contact you when you check out. If you forget something when you go to a small store for dinner, the owner will help you collect it. Until the end, the housekeeping manager did not give me a solution, but only gave me a result of not finding it. After I repeatedly told her that I was not satisfied with the result, the other party said to me, Madam, how do you want to deal with it? I said that there was no solution, so I had to comment truthfully. The housekeeping manager said that this was my right, so I had to exercise my rights. At this time, the housekeeping manager said, how about I personally spend money to buy you a power bank. I can afford a hotel for 398, but can't I afford a power bank for 100+? What I want is a professional and reasonable solution. It's not like I want to blackmail you for a power bank at the end. In such a large and high-end hotel, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk attendant to the housekeeping management team, I have not seen any professionalism, good service attitude and professionalism at all. When I checked out, I met the housekeeping staff at the elevator entrance. I kindly reminded her that the carpet in the bathroom of the room was wet due to water seepage. It was really kind to feed the donkey liver and lungs. Please avoid mines if you need to stay here.
