The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

Disappointing service - the hotel is out of practice. Although we had a nice view, the room smelled of smoke and the TV didn’t work. A bigger problem was the Wifi - this did not work at all. They took 2 hours to attempt to send someone to fix it - at which point someone can hammering on our door at 10pm and it was too late. The restaurant dinner was good however.

We arrived at Huanglong Airport at 7:30 pm. The hotel provided free pick-up service and sent them to the passenger terminal the next morning. From Chuanzhusi Passenger Terminal, you can take a bus directly to Jiuzhaigou. Thank you to the driver for your hard work.

After leaving Jiuzhaigou to catch a flight the next morning, we found a hotel near the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall, and we could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance during the day. Since it was evening when we arrived, we ordered two dishes from the hotel and had them delivered to the room. The dishes were also very good. The little ******* girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and naturally makes people feel close to her. There are not many types of breakfast, but it's worth the price.

I must give the hotel a thumbs up. I arrived at around 10 o'clock that night, and the man who picked me up for free was on time and very enthusiastic. The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. Because we couldn't leave the hotel in time due to schedule issues, the manager saw us waiting in the lobby and specially allowed us to have tea and rest in the Sunshine Tea Room. Thank you so much!

The room was very nice and clean. There was an airport pick-up service and the breakfast was also good. There is air conditioning and an electric blanket in the room, which is quite warm. The transportation nearby is not very convenient, so it is best to make arrangements in advance.

Advantages: good scenery, plenty of sunshine, location very close to the airport, paid airport transfers, and delicious stir-fries in the restaurant. Disadvantages: There is continuous frequency conversion noise at night, and the facilities are generally hygienic.

A very nice hotel with a large parking lot and not far from Huanglong and Chuanzhusi Town. The room equipment is very good, the window opens to the view, the mountain view room overlooks the snow-capped mountains and meadows, the breakfast included is good, the hotel has Sichuan cuisine, the taste is good, and the service is also very good.

The hotel environment and rooms are very average, but the front desk staff are quite enthusiastic. It's not a big problem to stay there temporarily before catching a flight the next morning. Because it is difficult to take a taxi here, the hotel provides paid airport transportation, which is quite good.
