The hotel covers a large area, the yard is also large, and there are many parking spaces. First big disappointment- the bed. Mattress was so hard, that I can not feel the difference between sleeping in bed and sleeping on the floor. Second disappointment - temperature. 10 degrees outside, 16 degrees inside. No central heating available. I was provided with small portable heater, which helped me to raise temperature to 20 degrees after a few hours of working. Heater was very noisy but I had to keep it working all night. Third disappointment - breakfast. Value/price - not satisfying.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.
